Fashionable Fridays: Red, White & You

Jul03
I love the Fourth of July and the fact that it's tomorrow, my boyfriend and I have decided that today will be a shopping day! I love when he decides to shop as that means we will have to make some stops at a few places to have a drink every now and then. Now when it comes to themes, I know people will want to find ways to wear red, white and blue without making it look like it comes off as a costume. So for all of those who will be at rooftop parties or anything of that nature, I though a simple white dress would be a nice look. Then, build your love of red and blue with your accessories. You have to decide are you a blue or a red person? I decided that I love blue so I would rather my purse have this color and allow my jewelry to bring in the red. I also love sapphires as this is my birthstone and didn't want the blue clutch to seem like an after thought so I brought in the necklace. You could do the same thing if you're a red person and just switch up the colors. Either way, this is a great Americana palette while also being perfect to wear with other item! Take some time to think about how you will show your pride tomorrow night! I'll be in Brooklyn tomorrow at an amazing roofdeck!

Trendy Thursdays: How Do You Glow?

Jul02

We've all hit the gym, been out in the sun or had a night out at the bars. All of these produce some kind of a glow that makes you look like your full of life; however, how about something that not only creates the glow, but is also easily obtained and good for your body? Glowelle, is a dietary supplement (from Nestle gasp)that you can ingest in your water or favorite juice so that you have that glow and plenty of antioxidants which are essential! I took the 30 day challenge and am currently still in it! My 30 day pack is in a cute box and is Raspberry/Jasmine (also comes in Pomegranate/Lychee) flavored. I found that pairing this with one of the larger SmartWater bottles was perfect as there is a lot of powder within each pouch (some people also split the packet if they feel it is too much). If you feel that you taste too much of the vitamin or flavor, consider putting this in with apple juice, cranberry, etc.

Whether you get the 30 day pack or you try out the 7 day pack, you'll find that drinking this assists in protecting the skin from the sun rays (not to say that you shouldn't have your SPF handy; however, it does reduce it. You'll replenish your antioxidants and also you'll have an even skin tone which gives it that healthy glow and lets you know that you're giving off your best look! I love that you can enjoy this in a pre-made or you can grab your favorite water and put it in n the go. Each sip is packed various vitamins which ensures you're getting your daily intake while also being very convenient! For those who are ready to jump in with Glowelle, you can enjoy the 30 day pack for $112 which comes out to taking vitamins for under $4 dollars a day! That's basically deciding that you'll have one less latte a day to put back into your health! Since when has caffeine given you a healthy glow that make up couldn't do for you naturally? I will continue to let you know about Glowelle as I continue to take more of the packets.

I also want you to know that we will have a series about fitness for your body and also beauty regimine that you guys will want to tune into as well! Make sure to read here and on Kitten Lounge's Fan Page on Facebook to find out about exclusive giveaways!

Wearable Wednesday: Play Hookie With Fashion

Jul01
Whether you're playing hookie today or you work for yourself and you have given yourself a day off, who knows where you will end up? I love wearing something that's not only comfortable but whether you're in Central Park, Starbucks or anywhere, you're able to enjoy that and can still catch drinks and lunch with friends later on! Sometimes on a day off, I may start doing some reading (you should check out Book Swim which lets you rent all your favorites from beach reads to thrillers) and realize that I must spend the day at an art gallery as it's something that I love to do but never have the time. I love carring something like Snapz which allows me to put everything away in a cute tote! Either buy one that has already been designed for you or you can build your very own Eco friendly bag! Along the way to wherever you're heading, bring a travel mug with one of your favorite tea or coffee blends and let the day take shape! If you end up going out to a cool bar, everything can be easily put away and you're ready to share all the "hard things" that you did throughout the day! Love what you see? As always, click the links in the spread above!

Mingling Mondays: Travel Prepared

Jun29
I'm flying back today and I believe in the ultimate comfort! I love a large bag that is not only a carry-on but holds a number of items that could get lost in the charity. My rule when I travel, to keep it simple cute leggings, skinny jeans and a top are going to be the best ways to be comfortable and look great. This is even more important when you're meeting new people, rekindling old friendships or simply want to continue your trip as soon as possible. A scarf is a great way to bring in some color! I love that the Fedora is a great option and another way to pull the cool vibe into the outfit with its basic pieces, I suggest the bag as I have received positive comments since I linked to you!

Snazzy Sundays: Bring Summer to the Bedroom

Jun28
I am such a bedding fan! I spend a lot of time in my bedroom - hey keep your mind out of the gutter, there are plenty of things to do! It's my escape when there's way too much going on, I watch all of my Bravo Reality TV Shows and so much more. There is something about having an inviting bed! My absolute favorite is the one on the upper left from Anthropologie. All the ruffles make it like a creamy relaxation spot. Whether you're all about minimal or you're about bringing pops of color, what you do with your bed is completely up to you. Just remember that just like you spruce up your wardrobe, you'll want to do the same with your bed whether it's changing it up with the duvet or adding some cute accent pillows.

Sippin Saturdays ~ Chicago Edition: Indie Designer Market

Jun27

Today I'm waking up in Chicago! It was time to leave NYC and check out some other areas now that the weather is warmer and although I have a lot on my agenda for such a short time, I can't wait for the Indie Designer Market which is today and tomorrow! This is a great time to check out and to purchase pieces from indies while supporting the idea that we want these individual designs to thrive! I'm excited to see Objets d'Envy as I have been posting about this amazing jewelry line since I first found out about it! To finally meet Kristin and to purchase an amazing Swarovski Crystal piece in person - priceless! But I'm not there just to see those who I write about it! I also want to share with you the next best thing whether it's fashion or accessories! If you live in the area, you're fortunate to have this go on throughout the entire summer - so no excuses when it comes to supporting these artisans and if you'll be in the city and are looking for something of interest, then this is it without a doubt. Take some time to check this out and more reports will come in the next few days!

Fashionable Fridays: The Tale of Two Icons

Jun26
I remember the early days of growing up by shows. I loved Wonder Woman - you would find me running around with a towel around my neck and clanging my wrists together watching my favorite super hero getting the bad guy and looking fabulous. She was my walking talking Barbie doll who could do anything and be anywhere. Then you had my other two loves Charlie's Angels and Michael Jackson! Forget about the fact that Farrah Fawcett was only in one season of Charlie's Angel's! I loved that she had that California girl next door quality. She was beautiful and yet it didn't go to her head - don't even get me started on her hair and the easy going smile! It was through her that I loved the idea of looking very put together and yet having that windswept look. Women to this day run to get that hair and easy sense of style. She will be missed and it's sad to know that I heard her pass yesterday morning! Twitter was full of activity as a huge icon passed last night! 50 years old and with a tour in the works (I even read that he was working on a move that would eclipse the moonwalk or even his gravity defining lean) - Michael Jackson passed away. I'm from Indiana as is Michael and just to be clear, I am only speaking of him as an entertainer and performer - he was the best! He sang, he created mini movies with his videos and knew how to be true to his style even as it changed around him with the increase of rap, alternative and hip-hop! MTV gained a lot of their audience base from his "World Premier Videos". Yet, he continues to make these videos that everyone would crowd around the tv to watch as it premiered on MTV (although earlier in the day they would play videos about how fans loved him, previous material and more). He taught me a lot! It doesn't matter where you come from but if you have a gift, it can be shared and you don't have to work it into what the trend is - be your own trend. When it came to fashion, Michael, yet again had his own take. Who else could wear socks where everyone knew he had very white ones that his pants didn't cover? He made the arm band chic and yet added an element of military to it - what exactly was he fighting against? He made sequins cool and he knew that the right jacket - oh yes the Thriller jacket - could set off an entire look (I remember going to school with a kid with a Gizmo backpack and a Thriller jacket - he was the coolest of the cool in first grade). I sat at home with my View Finder flipping through the scenes of Thriller and always freaking out when I got to the part where he was the werewolf! But he knew about the power of theme and accessories! Whether he rocked black and white, a cool hat or a sequined glove, people rocked the style. With so many performers that tip their hat to Michael, he will never be forgotten. His body of work will continue on with songs that continue to be relevant and placed in a period of time where we all suspended our disbelief! Farrah will continue to be known as that girl from next door who had just the right mix of sexy, cool and spunk that you would want as a bestie and at the same time as the crush that if you got up enough courage would say yes! RIP to two icons that exist within and outside of their generation!

Trendy Thursdays: Wipe Your ...

Jun25
I love that the idea of baby wipes isn't just for those adorable bundles of joy! Jamar Labs not only wants to make sure that you're clean but that it's safe for you as well! This means that you don't have to worry about parabens on the 100% cotton sheets that are completely natural. These wipes come in three packs that are specifically for your hands, feet or face! We all know that it's nice to have your hands cleaned and we're used to wiping our face. But I have to say that I truly love the fact that they had wipes for your feet! I love wearing flip flops but the icky streets in NYC makes you get various grime and don't even think about jumping into bed without cleaning them off! During a Lobster Boil party at my house last weekend, my sister's dog took a walk outside. Since it had been raining on and off, she wanted to make sure that Jimmy Choo wasn't tracking grit from outside on our wood floors. I don't think that Jamar Labs intended for these wipes to be used for a Yorkie's feet; however, it was perfect and he loved it!Take some time to buy your packs at JamarLabs.com!

Wearable Wednesdays: Project Detox & #CommunityChallenge

Jun24

I'm so excited to temporarily break from our normal fashion lineup to share information about a friend who is launching an amazing site that is being launched with it's first focus: Project Detox. We may be in different life stages but all of us juggle a million balls at once and we may find that one of two things happen - we have no time to simply breathe or our personal/business goals seem to go on the back burner. Maybe you're all about your day job as you love a challenge, but when you leave the office, you're running to do your second gig - where you hope to become a pastry chef full time! These are situations that we have to deal with and I feel that it's important to share these issues on the site from time to time. So, before I introduce a soon-to-launch blog about infusing balance into every day life and filled with philosophies that I share, I am creating a challenge that started last night on Twitter that some of you may have seen.

There's a lot of talent out there and yet, in many cases, it's much easier to think of a million things you want to do while you watch time slip away. We all have excuses, but when you finally get going whether it's beginning to put your plan down or getting research done, you realize your idea has possibilities. Much like when you're exercising, it's a lot more fun to do it when you're in groups, I have created The Community Challenge which allows everyone to begin thinking of something that they have always wanted to do whether it's creating an entirely new business or launching a new component of one. From now until July 1st, send your Tweets to @cocoabebe stating - "I'm launching my own tote bag line #CommunityChallenge" or "We're adding new product assortment to our site for fall #communitychallenge". Starting July 1st we will work together in getting to our goals and finding resources to get it done! By Sept 1st, let's evaluate where we are and hopefully you've made a lot more progress and gotten beyond the "wouldn't it be nice" phase.

Each week via Kitten Lounge, I will share places to find resources such as great PR tools that you can utilize (I suggest PR Couture), look at how to create an easy but well rounded business plan (Lauton Chronicles), what social networks work best for what you're trying to do (Sikara Designs Group) and much more. Kitten Lounge's fan page will be updated to have a forum where you guys can exchange ideas as well. Feel free to Tweet your progress or get assistance from others as this is a challenge but one that we are all in together so that we can be successful but also fulfilled in our daily lives.

Recently my friend Keren, who has worked within the beauty and fashion industry for over a decade and who has worked with amazing brands like L'Oreal Paris to styling for Celebrities and Photo Shoots, told me that she wanted to provide insight into what it means to have the elusive life balance whether you're running multiple companies or are balancing being a mother who works full time but still wants to achieve a number of goals. I timed #CommunityChallenge for today as it worked well with the launch of Keren's blog and Journey which begins tomorrow. Throughout her week away, she will travel to various spas in the west coast in Arizona and California and they will be included within future Trendy Thursday posts to include within our beauty segment. I'm so excited to bring Keren in as a Guest Life Balance Editor, here on Kitten Lounge! She is definitely the essence of what #CommunityChallenge means - someone who works in the fashion industry, is a mother and comes with a lot of experience and know how; however, she is pulled in a million directions and is 'off-balance'. It took her hubby and son traveling overseas for her to not only take some much needed Me Time to travel but to finally get her interests on the table as well. I'm excited for this project and we will continue to check in on her as it goes from the planning stages to the launch but please take a moment to read on about Keren, her new blog and Project Detox in her own words (yes that is Keren with her adorable son, Etamar). Sneak peak at what's to come...

Speed of NYC. Commute. Pollution. Recession. Relationships. Full-time working Motherhood & Momtrepreneurism.

This Libra is way off-balance and is leaving the East Coast (and all else) behind to scour the West for equilibrium.

No life jacket required.

Just hiking gear, swimsuit & my BB Storm. (Ok, Ok ...and my poly jersey Norma Kamali convertible skirt that I dare not travel without)

'Project Detox' is Phase One of the ‘Journey into Myself’ in order to hop back on to the balance beam of life.

Step One: Send the boys away on a fun bonding trip for two weeks (aka perfect time to visit in-laws overseas)

Step Two: Spend the first few days "having a plan and going with the flow"

Step Three: Trade in the high-speed-pollution-infested NYC for a few days in healing-dessert-stillness of Tucson followed by the coastal hiking-alfresco dining-soothing waters of sunny L.A. Sure it’s only 7 days, but in Mommy Years--where one hour of Me time is like a full day massage B.K. (Before Kids)--this trip will feel like a lifetime and be life changing!

Step Four: Chuck-out before you Check-in.

Chuck the Universal Mommy Guilt at the airport & know that your little one's perspective of Mommy Years offsets your own. One hour of quality time with the Real you is better for him than 2 full days of being with the stressed, busy & overworked version

Step Five: Explore. Infuse balance into every part of your being. Get inspired ...& inspire!

Treasure Tuesdays: Who Will Do a Sundance With Me

Jun23
I'm doing a sun dance! They say it's summer but the clouds are getting ridiculous! So I'm making sure that we're guaranteed some sun by doing a dance and buying many bikinis and accessories. If everyone does it, this rain will stop right? My birthday will be in South Beach this year as I will celebrate the 3-0 in decadent style and this may very well be what I'll be in while I'm in my cabana at the Loews! I love the neutrals and the bathing suit - perfection - I may not be a Bond Girl today but I can dream! Take some time to think about what you'll be wearing this season!

Mingling Mondays: Party Tips!

Jun22

We're in that time where you'll think of any excuse to throw a little party (or maybe a big one). We just threw a large Lobster Boil Party which was a great way for people to come out, have some great food and a few drinks. We had a theme, I had sent out invitations and everything went from there. Whether you're a natural at planning or could use a few pointers, I wanted to share a great video of a party planner that I recently met! Last Thursday, I had the opportunity to go on the Dekuyper Party Bus where we not only enjoyed shots of Dekuyper's ready made shots (this means you don't have to stress about being a bartender), but we enjoyed nibbles and learning that you can have people come to a party in various ways with various budgets in mind! Take some time to hear some ideas and never think that you can't have a function whether it's based on space, money, food or even ideas!

Snazzy Sundays: Your iPod Gets It

Jun21
We love our iPods and although I love using our Apple TV to link our music to play through our TV, I love our speakers as well! Here are some innovative ways that your speakers can take on another look with some futuristic and old school ways! My favorite is the Vers Audio Vers home system which has a cool retro look. But maybe if you're in college or in highschool, you can enjoy the chalkboard speaker or the chair. If you're truly old school, how about the Phonofone - this is definitely something that will be the talk of conversation at your next party! Make your speakers functional and also interesting!

Sippin Saturdays: Support Your Locals!

Jun20

America’s Favorite Farmers Markets

If you haven't visited or don't know where your local farmer's market is, you don't know what you're missing! With so many amazing finds you could spend hours finding such things as avocado squash, thai basil and so much more. I love that you'll find items that you didn't even know about but will fall in love with! Right now the American Farmland Trust is allowing you to vote for your favorite farmer's market. Take some time to vote for yours or to find one that is much closer to you! Keep it local and support your farmers!

Fashionable Fridays: Let's Get it On

Jun19
Fashion and style isn't just about what you're wearing on your back! It's about the flair that you show no matter what you're up to. I'm all about going to back to basic ideas and what about planning an amazing picnic lunch for Central Park, Prospect Park or wherever you're storybook park resides! Think about getting a cute retro bike, a basket to carry a lunch filled with cheese, crackers, fruits, etc, a blanket so that you can play Scrabble (for some people you better bring your laptop so that you can access your Scrabble dictionary as some people like to test you on whether your tiles are a word) and of course your favorite wine! This is a great collection that you should have whenever you're ready to embrace nature! If you need more ideas, check this out and find out what else is available to you! Although it's rainy, I'm sure we will begin to have amazing consecutive sunny days!

Trendy Thursdays: What's In My Makeup Bag?

Jun18
While I was in South Beach, I went to Tapas y Tintos and their sister bar, Cafe Barcelona! Pictured here is me well into the night with my friend Fernando (owner).
I am no makeup artist by any stretch of the imagination! But I do know what I like and I know how to make it (and to keep it) simple! Whether I'm out and about at a fashion show, meeting with people in the day or going out at night - this is one of my favorite looks! Now every now and then, I love to go totally glam and to put in a lot of color but I would say that this is an example of something that is perfect in the day and works well with the night as well! I am a HUGE believe in M.A.C. Studio Fix N9 - I feel that it gives a natural look without making me look too made up! Last fall, I found out about Urban Decay's 24/7 Eyeliner which not only glides on super easy but it also makes you look like a rockstar without going too far (although you can apply it slightly thicker for night for an exotic look). I really embraced NARS last year as I love their eyeshadows and normallym I don't wear a lot of this at all. Dior Show was something that I heard a friend of mine rave about and I love how my lashes look when I use this although once again, I don't usually do this a lot but on a night out like this one, it was definitely something that I wanted to have on! Just like I believe in knowing about what clothing works best for you as a go to piece, I believe the same is true for makeup as well and especially on a sultry night in South Beach!

Wearable Wednesday: A Day at a Beach Party

Jun17
Oh man! I’m beginning and ending my summer with a bang! We’re kicking it off with a Lobster Broil at the house and we will end the summer with a big bash – my 30th birthday in South Beach at my favorite hotel, Loews! Oh yes this is going to be an amazing summer (I’ll totally bypass the fact that we have had quite a bit of rain). So with that said, how do I dress for a party that’s at home with friends that begins early and goes to the wee hours of the morning? I’m all about the maxi dress – it’s stylish and comfortable and gives you so many possibilities whether you go with bold colors, stripes, etc. I love this dress and it’s available at Victoria’s Secret (another one of my favorites for day wear). With this bold color and simple look, I’m able to add my accessories to really let me stand out as the hostess of the party. With the high neck, I love a simple choker, such as Christofle's 925 piece available on Vivre, that doesn’t fight with my look and yet doesn’t make my neck look completely naked. I love Max & Chloe's large cuff and this hammered one is perfect to add a bit of the earthy vibe and of course the ring – you know I love a pop of color! Elizabeth Ngo's Large Ornate Victorian Glass Ring in Turquoise adds a mixture of various eras from Victorian, Grecian, etc.The maxi is the way to go and you can find one that’s perfect for you in various price points. A lobster broil in Long Island and the love of the beach, this is a great way for me to show all of that with this simple look!

Treasure Tuesdays: Hit the Gym With Flair

Jun16
On average, I hit the gym 3 – 4 days a week at about an hour and a half to two hours! It’s generally later in the evening so I can watch my guilty pleasures (reality tv) while letting off some steam at whatever NYSC that I happen to be close to at the moment. Just like I pick what I wear when I’m out and about, I’m all about comfort and style for the gym as well. I have quite a few outfits and interestingly enough, I tend to dress in yoga style whether I’m doing pilates or are on machines! Today is a great assortment of items that are perfect for the gym. My favorite piece, Spibelt’s Spiband which allows me to hold my iPod and my keys within the little case (I can even get my lipgloss in here) and it fits on my arm. They also have one for the waist as well so click on the link above to find out more! I also believe in a good bag and this one, by Athleta, is perfect for me to bring all my necessities while having a separate place for my mat. A water bottle is a must and as much as possible, I believe that having something that you can use again is better than a disposable one – so check out Smallflower as they have quite an extensive collection. When it comes to shoes there are so many options but I love that these sneakers pick up the flair of the overall outfit that is available at Victoria’s Secret (one of my favorite places as well). Whatever you do keep it functional, comfortable and add your own personal style!

Mingling Mondays: Take Tracy With You

Jun15

We all love to look our best but somehow when it’s the summer we all feel the need to step it up! Well starting tomorrow through Thursday, you can enjoy the Tracy Reese sample sale! If you’re one of the first 400 people, you’ll also get a free gift bag. As many of you know, Tracy Reese had many pieces that I enjoyed during her Sept show and her whimsical style is something that works for so many occasions so this event is not to be missed! In addition, you’ll be able to shop from her 3 collections – Tracy Reese, Plenty and Frock. If you need an excuse to shop (and you don’t want to feel guilty), the menswear line, Robert Graham will also be apart of this sale as well! Credit cards are accepted at this sale!

Snazzy Sundays: Contain It!

Jun14
We have so many things that we have and not enough places to put it. In terms of not having space we sometimes have to have our organizational items in front of the public eye! So how about doing a little mixture of both? I love that these containers are eye catching and unlike plastic boxes these are definitely something that I would love to have around the home. I love the Wooden Trunk Boxes via West Elm as these are a great natural element that brings the outdoors inside! Whether it's jewelry or cash for the delivery guy, these are a must to have in the home. If you're thinking of a great gift, the Vivienne Jewelry Box from Pottery Barn has a great minimalist look that's perfect to place your cuffs in and who doesn't like the monogramming of your name? The wicker basket is an absolute classic; however, I am in LOVE with the Sundial Basket! Your fruits get a modern twist to them and it's like a piece of art and thus my favorite!

Sippin Saturdays: Going to Yankee Stadium

Jun13

I love it! I have been to Citifield since it opened and although I like the Mets, I am a Yankees fan! Apparently I can do this since I'm not originally from NY! Well today, I am finally going to Yankee Stadium so I will be tweeting from the game and more pics are to follow!

Fashionable Fridays: Dressing for the Rain

Jun12
Today the sun peeks out but the clouds definitely look ominous so you have to dress for rain. What a great way to wear something very simple that's perfect for your rain boots (who wouldn't love these by Burberry) and yet allows you to put on these cute Havianas that allow you to look like you took some time to pick out your flip flops. I love this tank top as you don't even have to wear jewelry and since it's warm, you won't have to fuss with wearing a jacket! In this look, it's all about the accessories from the braided bracelet, large ring and the gorgeous chain bag by none other that Michael Kors! Take some time to think about the fashionable way to dress for rainy conditions that won't leave you wondering what you'll look like for your late lunch or drinks after work!

Trendy Thursdays: Beauty is the Sum of All Parts

Jun11

I love it! So I've been taking the tablets for a few weeks from Functionalab ever since I had a personal consultation at Henri Bendels! If you're not familiar, you should read my first post about this amazing brand which posted a few weeks ago! It took a little getting used to the fact that each day, I was taking a pack in the day and in the evening; however, I have to say that I haven't felt tired and I do feel that I am benefiting from all of these great vitamins. Not only have I enjoyed taking the 2 Pack, I have begun thinking about other items that would be great to take within my daily regimine! Functionalab looks to building you from the inside out by consulting you with what you do on a daily basis. I think this is the best way to go about it so that your body begins to get a lot of nutrients that it needs and you can also pick what you would like to focus on and ingest those pills as well. Now it has been a few weeks but yesterday morning my consultant just emailed me asking whether I was ok and to feel free to follow up to ask her any questions that I may have! What a great way to make sure that you're still where you want to be or to see if there are other items of interest! Functionalab is definitely something you should consider to incorporate within your daily routine!

Wearable Wednesdays: Getting Resort Ready

Jun10
If my trip did anything, it would be putting me in the right frame of mind for future trips to warm locales! Yes NY is decent in terms of temperatures but I wish it felt the way it did in SoBe. With that said, I'm going through a major renovation in my closet. I am going to embrace color (I have always preferred gray and black - but why should I be so limited and different bodies. I have recently become a fan of yellow and love green as well. Now every now and then I still love black so why not something like this? I love Roberto Cavalli's kimono/tunic style and paired over white pants, it comes off as crisp. Black shoes take on a whole new twist with these DSquared2 platforms. I love the angle of the heel and how it is an accessory in its own right! As always, I'm a fan of Ted Rossi - the eel clutch, super cute! Finally, Dannijo Harley is new to me but this silver plated cuff is perfect to add a bit of edge to this whimsical meets dancing queen look! Once again, click on the descriptions above if you're interested in getting any of these pieces!

Treasure Tuesdays: Get the Sunkissed Look

Jun09
I'm still in South Beach mode! I just got back yesterday and of course I still have a nice warm tan/glow so I can believe that I'm still there! What's the key to looking amazing when you're there or anywhere? Great accessories that look effortless. I am a HUGE fan of DVF as many of you know and I love the patchwork colors of citrus and blue that are worked within this dress. Don't let a lot of color confuse you when you're faced with this! Think about adding tones that don't fight the color and here I love the golden look - isn't that how we want to look? Of course, I think that Jimmy Choo is the perfect companion and I love the shape of the shoes (imagine when you're sitting an crossing your legs, this will look amazing). A simply necklace is perfect and this Swarovski piece from Objets d'Envy has not only been featured on the Today Show but is the perfect compliment! Longer days means that you may be going from a fab dinner to a night out so think about these sunglasses from Skyla, the perfect dusk wear as you wait for the sun to go down! Love the pieces and want them for yourself, simply click on the names in the spreadsheet and begin to get these goodies in your closet!
