Here in NYC we drool over fabulous penthouses, brownstones and those who have accesses to beach house (love ours in LB) but depending on where you live, housing luxuries change and I want to introduce you to Michael Parks who is the architect and designer of this fabulous Hollywood Hills Modern home! Michael took a home that definitely looked like time had forgotten it and created a remodeled one that has a warm and super stylish look to it. Nestled in the hills, this home is made for amazing dinner parties, is perfect for moments of zen and simply ready to be lived in with ample amounts of light. Being someone who loves having people over, whether you cook or not, you can enjoy the European kitchen, wall of glass, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and tons of storage space!
