I have to say that with the market flooded with vitamins and tablets that are made to do a myriad of things, you begin to wonder how you can trust it or to find what is made with you in mind. It's a scary world out there and we need something that's specialized for our daily lives and keeps us on goal to where we need to be! On Tues morning, I introduced a new beauty regimine within my daily routine. I headed to Henri Bendel’s to find out more about Functionalab. I was definitely impressed with the display and as I sat down, I was able to go through a series of questions that would allow me to see what I did on a daily basis (exercise, drinking, eating habits, etc) to figure out what my program would be. Interestingly enough, I was a 2. This means that I am now starting a program where I take a series of vitamins during the morning and evening that are tailored to my needs. I take a combination of tablets that include an athletic performance tablet as I love to work out, isoflaven blends and an age defense capsule. Just incase you don't know what you are, you get these results emailed to you so that you know what you have. This is a daily 4 week regimine and I like that it comes in a book like package.
If you have questions, you can email your nutritionist that sat with you and go over other items. In addition to the set packs, you can have elements that are targeted whether it's prenatal, focus treatments, antioxidants and so much more. This is not female oriented as they have many products for men as well. Currently, you can go online to see what's available but soon you will be able to purchase within more stores and it will be available online! Although I loved doing this in person as I had many questions to ask. This is definitely a process so I will be checking in and letting you know what's going on. I have been on this since Tues and I feel better; however, I still have to get over the fact that I am taking tablets as I am a little uncomfortable with the really large athletic pill haha but that's just me being a baby!
