Today, Cosmo's Kisses for the Troops Van will be at various spots in NYC collecting kisses Uniformed officers will be on hand where you can kiss a postcard that will be delivered to serviceman overseas. For every postcard kisses, Cosmo and Maybelline will donate a $1! For those that give their kisses between 7am - 7pm, you can assist towards the Guiness World Records for the most lip prints collected in 12 hours!
