The Rockin Paloma with Cabo Wabo Reposado
It's all about going out tonight and having a great night. With so many bar specials going on, I know people will have an interesting day at work tomorrow! Also one of my friends should be out celebrating his birthday today although I know it's a crazy busy market week but I hope he takes some time out to have a tasty drink! Regardless, it's warming up and I have been embracing my maxis in full force. Here's an easy look that you can definitely wear today that screams Malibu with a bit of an edge. The Rockin Paloma
2 oz Cabo Wabo Reposado
3 medium Cucumber slices
1/2 oz Lime Juice (fresh)
6 oz Grapefruit Soda
1/4 oz Grenadine
Salt for rimming
1 Cucumber Slice (garnish)
Add Cabo, lime juice, and cucumber to pint glass, muddle, add ice and shake vigorously. Add soda to shaker and stir. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass with a salted rim. Drop the grenadine on top and allow it to mix in. Garnish with cucumber slice, serve and enjoy!
