There are so many things that you have to do to get out of the house in the morning or before you go to bed and although some are ok to slack on, others aren't! Dental care is super important whether you're on camera or aren't. I started as a Crest kid for as long as I could remember! It's one of those things that I had everything within the product line although I do believe you can mix it up! Throughout this year, I have tried a number of the whitening systems that are out there and I have to say that Crest 3D Whitening Professional Effects is my favorite. Mostly because there is no fuss, it's easy and I can put them on while I am finishing my beauty routine without worrying about swallowing the solution or painting things on. I am not a steady handed person so this is a huge plus for me!
When it comes to mouthwashes, I recently started using Tom's of Maine now this was attracting to me as I already use an organic mouthwash and I definitely wasn't disappointed with this at all! I like that when I rinse with it, I'm not left with that crazy tingling in my mouth that leaves me feeling stunned. Rembrandt toothpaste is another fave! I always love stain removers as I drink and eat quite a number of items at appointments that could cause discoloration so every little bit helps for sure! Finally, Go Smile - love them! In between my morning/evening brushes, I love this kit as I can continue to maintain my teeth's white looks by rubbing the sponge applicators on my teeth! I can spray a minty stream to freshen up and they have designer toothpaste for morning and night which I am more prone to using when traveling (don't ask me why)! Together, this pretty much sets up what I do for me dental care just in case anyone ever wondered what I think you should keep an eye out for! Do you have to use it all - no but it's always nice to know where to start!
