Perry Ellis knows how to keep a show fresh and relevant and as the collection of cardigans, leather jackets and more hit the runway - we were all feeling a bit cozy as this male runway show came to life. Whether it consisted of looks that were perfect to travel or to brunch in, we all loved all of these cozy looks that hit the runway that would be perfect for the guys in our lives. Yesterday we kicked off Fashion Week and all of today's posts will share all the events we went to last night so definitely look out for the posts throughout the day. Although it was chilly, it was amazing to see so many amazing designs hit the runways, galleries and more. It's always an amazing time to attend Perry Ellis' show and with him incorporating his support of assisting to fund the oil spill relief efforts taking place in the gulf, this show was all about Bermuda shorts, fun plaids and more. It was great to see so much color, dinner shirts, blazers and more. Keds footwear was worn by each model and the end closed with all the models sporting Perry Ellis' trunks! I still love my Flip but it was hard to take footage as I could see everyone around me clearly but not the runway! All the action on the runway is really bright (read you can't see the models). So you can enjoy the music and see those that are around us. But I am also going to include images of the show that I think are perfect! I love that this show was a bit like the 50's brought into today - such a great crisp look. I also enjoyed the goodie bag which had Perry Ellis' scent - Paul (Food Editor) enjoyed this.

Part of the fun in between shoes is to sit back and watch others. As we were waiting for the Perry Ellis Show (my mom was my guest and it was her first show ever), we saw the Evian girls. I had actually received a tip that they would be at the show. Somehow, I thought they would be outside but since Evian is a major sponsor, it's not that hard to think that the girls would be at the tents. They served water on silver platters and ensured that we were all cozy. In addition, after the show, my mom and I were able to create our own Haviannas! After being in heels, my mom was so glad to wear these comfortable flip flops! There was also an area where the the Premium M&M's were sitting. I love these so it was nice to get refreshed by them.
