Last night, the Billboard Music Awards took place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. As always, it's a star studded event - I'll continue to keep you in the loop on looks of ABC's Stana Katic (Castle) and Hayden Panettiere (Nashville) wore for music's big night! This afternoon, I was off to Hundred Acres to have a fun brunch, see the unveiling of the Cadillac collaboration with Vogue productions and to hear stylist, Erin Walsh (who styled Kerry Washington and Greta Gerwig) who is not only in the video but shared her tips. This video follows how she works (this video when it ends will instantly start into the next video as it's 5 videos total), how she integrates Cadillac within her day to day and how it is to style the Met Ball which I posted on earlier today in terms of the red carpet arrivals! Enjoy seeing the video which is a great partnership within these three partners. In addition, I love that Erin's tips in terms of styling mirror my own - be comfortable this means that you should be able to walk in your shoes without an issue or to wear articles without pulling at them constantly, make sure to have the right under garments as this is an essential as lines are not pretty to look at and finally, don't underestimate good tailoring which will make you look your best! These are great rules to follow and it's understandable how Erin came across this career path during her days at Vogue to assist the Fashion Editor and then to branch off to create great looks for her clients!

As someone who grew up in the automotive industry, my parents were execs at General Motors, I truly loved seeing a new way to integrate their brand heritage and technology within a new vertical via the video, event and with Erin Walsh. Just last week I was running around Baltimore and DC doing segments for a number of local affiliates and it was great to be driven (it was not a Cadillac but a competitor's luxury car) in a luxury car in order to get everything done, to run errands and to tote a number of items that I had curated for each segment. Doing the mini road trip from NYC to Baltimore/DC reminded me of how important it is to enjoy modern luxuries and what it means to me.

Fashion has many nights of note but when Vogue creates a party, everyone definitely comes dressed to the max! I'm loving that this year's Met theme - Punk: Chaos to Couture which launches the MOMA exxhibit within the same theme. Although many rocked it, there were some who definitely embraced it. Sarah is known for sticking to a theme and last night was not a disappointment by any stretch of the imagination. She rocked a headdress by Philip Treacy. Her stunning gown was by none other than Giles Deacon and paired it with knee high tartan plaid boots. She even came in with Vogue's, Hamish Bowles.

BEAUTY

Leslie Lopez for NARS Cosmetics had a simple beauty inspiration: “I had to make the punk look glamorous,” said Lopez about the look she created for Sarah Jessica Parker. To create strong eyes, we used a plum pencil that is both intense but beautiful. No matter what the theme, I always want Sarah Jessica to look beautiful, so we softened the intensity of the eyes with a light mouth – Tender Night Velvet Matte Lip Pencil was the perfect, modern, approach!"

Anne Hathaway looked stunning and edgy in this vintage sheer Valentino which showed the perfect balance of skin, feathers and more! In addition, she had great styling elements in this all black ensemble with eclectic rings which added subtle pops as her hair was such a noticeable look between the cut and the hue a la Debbie Harry.

BEAUTY

Celebrity Stylist Sascha Breuer gave Anne Hathaway a strong punk yet glam hair look for the 2013 MET Ball. “Drawing inspiration from unforgettable punk icons like Poly Styrene from X-ray Spex and Joan Jett, I decided to go for a look that's glam, edgy and yet very youthful and fun. We kept the style much shorter for Anne and had a lot of fun playing around with it. To enhance her punk look further we decided to take her hair to the next level: A new cool Platinum blonde color and the sharp slightly boyish finish with loads of texture were the perfect match,” says Sascha Breuer. She used Wekka Professionals Extra Volume Mousse, Wella Professionals Bold Move and Wella Professionals Stay Firm Finishing Spray.

Laura Mercier's makeup artist, Breuchaud gave a subtle nod to the event’s punk theme by creating a bold, “electric blue” smoky eye to complement Anne Hathaway’s flawless, porcelain skin.

FLAWLESS FACE: A flawless, “clean” face was the perfect canvas for the look

• Make up Artist, Adam Breuchaud first applied Laura Mercier Foundation Primer ($32), to give Hathaway’s skin an “even, lasting finish.”

• Then, he used a damp sponge to apply Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 in Porcelain ($43) to even out her skin tone and give the skin an “amazingly sheer veil of color.”

• Lastly, he lightly dusted on Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder ($22) to set the Tinted Moisturizer and ensure the skin kept its “dewy finish” throughout the night.

EYES: Breuchaud went with a “bold smoky” eye to pay homage to the “punk” theme

•First, Breuchaud mixed Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Orchid ($24) with Laura Mercier Matte Eye Colour in Deep Night ($23).

•In order to deepen the look, he applied Laura Mercier Crème Eye Liner in Noir ($22) to her lash line and blended the eye liner throughout the corner of her eye using the Laura Mercier Corner Eye Colour Brush ($25).

•Breuchaud added the final touch of glamour by applying multiple coats of Laura Mercier Faux Lash Mascara in Black ($24) to the top and bottom lashes.

LIPS: Fresh, natural lips complemented the dramatic eye

• Breuchaud applied Laura Mercier Crème Smooth Lip Colour in Pink Blush ($26), which he described as a “beautiful soft pink” to Hathaway’s lips

Last night, Zoe Saldana hit the red carpet of the MTV Movie Awards yesterday and although I would have loved to have seen something else in terms of her apparel (yes it's Givenchy but for me, there are a lot of trends - floral, cut outs, lace, etc placed together and it doesn't allow you to enjoy the overall sophostication of the look) - I love the accessories that she's rocked! While many awards shows are all about high glamour, there are also shows where people are able to dress laid back and to be a bit more casual. Both of these rings are amazing and a great way to take your look to whole other level even when you're casual (of course when you're dressed up, these rings are absolute stunners). Now that Awards Season has taken its bow with the Oscars, I know that we still have many award winning moments whether it's a wedding, special dinner or simply just being out and about in general! With that said, many find the task to be daunting to find out how to wear their favorite piece with the appropriate undergarments! One of my fave brands, Va Bien, released an app right before the Oscars that helps its customers find the right undergarments by stating what it is that you will be wearing over it (with its characteristics), what color or texture you wish to have in terms of fabrication for the garment and then your options are presented. Zoe Saldana looked amazing on the red carpet last night at the Oscars in this stunning Alexis Mabille Couture gown. Straight from the runway, this Parisian designer is known for color and if you know of former dresses that Zoe has worn for red carpets, you know that she isn't afraid either. I love the hem line and how it allows you to see her Roger Vivier shoes with bow detailing.

To compliment her beauty look, Celebrity Makeup Artist Vera Steimberg shares her steps which can allow you to do the same when you're looking to do this for your next event.

INSPIRATION:

My inspiration for Zoe's look came from her amazing classic French chic silhouette style dress. I used soft palettes for a natural, sensual, feminine look around her face.

SKINCARE:

Her skin was given hydration with CHANEL Hydra Beauty Serum followed by CHANEL Sublimage La Crème. For the eyes, I used CHANEL Sublimage La Crème Yeux Eye Cream.

After a light dusting of CHANEL Poudre Signèe de Chanel Illuminating Powder on her high cheekbones, I applied CHANEL Powder Blush in Frivole.

EYES:

Zoe’s eyes were the big focus! I started by applying CHANEL Illusion D’Ombre Long Wear Luminous Eyeshadow in Mirifique all over her eyelid and CHANEL Illusion D’Ombre Long Wear Luminous Eyeshadow in Fantasme under her eyebrows as a highlighter. On the edges of her eyelid, I used CHANEL Quadra Eyeshadow in Smoky Eyes to give the outer part of her eyes depth. On her inner eyelid I carefully applied CHANEL Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long -­‐ Lasting Eyeliner in Santal. For a final bit of drama, I finished her eyes with a black liquid liner and CHANEL Le Volume de Chanel Mascara in Noir.

LIPS:

I finished with CHANEL Rouge Coco Shine Hydrating Sheer Lipshine in Chic for a soft lip color that complements the
gray in her dress.

Last night at the Oscars, Amanda Seyfried who starred in Les Miserables hit the red carpet of movie and fashion's biggest night! Amanda wore a custom halter Alexander McQueen gown in lilac organza which was covered in dragonfly embroidery. Like many, she wore nude; however, she stood apart from many on the carpet by opting out of a strapless gown and had a keyhole neckline. Her glimmery look was complete with earrings by Lorraine Schwartz and I love the hairstyle which was done by Jenny Cho, Suave Professionals Celebrity Stylist whose "... inspiration for Amanda’s hairstyle was her beaded, high-neck gown. ACCESSORIES INSPIRATION

Personally, I'm loving Coral! This hue has quite a range as it can be a bold vibrant color as you would find in this Giuseppe Zanotti heels which is a vibrant pink with a slight red element in it all the way down to a hue that has more of a dust rose/dust blush in a toned down version of coral like these Steve Madden heels which are perfect to accent your fab pedi and ankles!

GET THE BEAUTY LOOK

With such a wide range and so many options (I don't even want to tell you how many lipglosses, shadows and blushes I have within this range of hues), there are a number of ways to bring this look into your face to warm up your skin and to create the sunkissed look that I love wearing when I am on TV segments or that you see your fave celebs rocking. With the nail polishes, if you're going to go coral it has to be bold and although Essie has a number of polishes within this hue that are just slightly different from one another but still having major impact, this one in Geranium is a fave without a doubt! This is perfect for the days of being out and about, hitting the beach and just a fun color in general.

The lips are an essential when I'm on air as I love to do a lip cocktail (mixing a number of shades together to get the perfect pout). Within lipglosses, I'm loving Glazed Lips in Sheer Deep Coral and I love the subtle nature of DuWop's Venom Gloss Coral Tree. For the ultimate in lip color, Yves Saint Laurent has the perfect stain in Extreme Coral. For a shade that's in the middle of vibrant and subtle hues, Tom Ford's True Coral is a great option as well. Line your lips or fill it in as a layer with Colorescience's lip pencil in Coral Life's a Peach.

It's all about the cheeks and having those amazing cheek bones with great blush. For subtle style mavens I suggest Bobbi Brown's Coral blush which has a bit of shimmer. For those who wish to go bolder, I suggest Revlon's Photo Ready Cream Blush in Coral Reef. As a side note, I use a number of corals on my cheeks so those with mid to darker skin tones shouldn't be afraid to have blush that fits in the dark pink to berry tones. In many cases, I actually mix is in with a bronze hued bronzer to tone it down so you have the hint of pink or coral hue coming out which makes your skin look illuminated!

During NYFW I received an email inviting me to join Intel's Tablet Crew and yesterday, I received my Samsung ATIV Smart PC which is a tablet hybrid as it has many features that are very PC like! Although I have had it for less than 24 hours, I have enjoyed tweeting from it, using a number of apps and more! Since I will be heading to some shows later in the week as well as doing some red carpet tweeting, this is such a light way to combine the features of my PC with all the things that you love about having a tablet. Over the next few weeks, I'll share how this tablet works well with what I do from designing, tweeting and much more. For now, I've been working on getting used to Windows 8 (which I was sort of familiar with as I have Windows 7 on my Windows Phone) as I love the tile features and how it pulls all my information right where I need it so I can stay in the loop. At the moment, I'm looking at cases that are fun for my new tech must have which is longer than most tablets. What I'm loving so far is the a drawing program called Autodesk Sketch Program and I'm excited to take some pictures so that I can play with the Photo Editor. Of course I have some questions that I will definitely be asking, mainly - since I do have an HP Beats laptop and a HTC Radar (Windows Phone), shouldn't it be that it all connects? I made the mistake of not using the email address that is Live.com address that is used for my phone and I wonder if I had done that, would it have updated my content automatically on my computer? In addition, there are primary items like my calendar that I can't get synced; however, my emails are - but so far I'm definitely intrigued to find out more! You know that I heart Kelly Rowland and when she hits a red carpet, she rarely misses. Last night at the Grammys, Kelly looked phenomenal in a Georges Chakra Haute Couture from the Spring 2013 collection. This is the perfect dress to wear to show skin and yet to do it in a chic way. I also love that Kelly tends to gravitate towards looks that are a nod to geometria as she did this last year! Although this definitely was against "the memo" that was sent out, this Black Crepe Gown had illusion insets with a fall front skirt.

My favorite look of the night (which reminded me of Katherine McPhee's Golden Globes dress by Theyskens Theory in terms of dramatic plunging necklines and this femme/edgy look) is the dress worn by Jaimie Alexander (she was most known for her role in Kyle XY as well as being in the film Thor)! Now there was another attendee who had a dress that showed severe side side cut out that bordered on being a bit much for my taste; however, Jaimie's was definitely daring while being a great way to show skin in a spin on the classic gown by Marc Bouwer. The ruching and draping of this gown left a lot of texture to enjoy.

Most importantly, Jaimie's look is accessorized by Orner plaatform strappy heels by Jerome C Rousseau. Her chic look continued with Norman Silverman earrings and a fab Demarco diamond ring.

Lightly curl with big curling iron

I love when stars rock fabulous looks and it seems so true to their personal image! Julie Bowen of ABC's Modern Family looked amazing in Johanna Johnson in a black leather gown (on trend) with embellished cap sleeves from their Spring Summer 2013 Red Carpet Collection. I'm obsessed with this designer and I always love when looks that hit the runway, make it onto the red carpet. Although I love how it looked when it was presented, I do like how Julie made it her own. As always, I let you know how you can get the beauty look as this is perfect for NYFW, Valentine's Day or anytime you want to step it up! Makeup artist Heather Currie complemented Julie’s stunning sultry black leather dress with a subtly sexy cat eye and a soft, romantic pink lip. Here are Heather's steps to get the look:

Face

Currie kept Julie’s skin looking dewy and fresh by applying Avon Be Blushed Cheek Color in Powder Pink on the apples of her cheeks.

Eyes

Currie used Avon Irresistibly Sexy Eyeshadow Palette in Bombshell to bring depth and smokiness to Julie’s eyes and add a little shimmer to pick up the glimmer on the jewel's on Julie's dress.

The inner rims of Julie's eyes were lined with Avon Glimmersticks Eyeliner in Cosmic Brown, and the tops of her eyelids with Avon Ultra Luxury Eyeliner in Black. She then smudged the black liner into Julie’s eyeshadow to create a subtle cat eye and finished the look with a coat of black Mascara.

Lip

In order to create a romantic lip that would complete Julie’s look, Currie swiped two coats of Avon's NEW Totally Kissable lipstick in Lovey Dovey on Julie’s lips. No gloss was used in order to keep the lip color soft and rich at the same time.

With the red carpet wrapping and the SAG Awards on their way to honoring actors by actors, I had to share a fab look from one of the attendees hitting the red carpet! You too can get this fabulous look as well since we're sharing how AMC's Mad Men (which is airing its 6th season, 2 hour premier on April 7th) Elisabeth Moss obtained the look. She wore a stunning Dolce & Gabbana and accessorized it with $1M earrings from Forever Mark and Jimmy Choo heels and clutch.

mark Makeup Artist Jamie Greenberg worked with Mad Men star Elisabeth Moss for the SAG Awards. Jamie and Elisabeth wanted to keep the look down to earth with a chic French street touch.

Face:

Started with mark’s Min-A-Real Cream to Powder Foundation and layered on mark’s Touch and Glow in Warm Glow on the cheeks with a swipe of mark’s Just Pinched Instant Blush Tint in Cheeky. Set the look with mark’s Set Things Right Loose Powder.

Eyes:

Started with mark’s Please Hold Eye Primer as a base. Used i-mark in Luv Struck in the crease then blended in the black shade in mark’s Drama Case Eye Shadow and Liner Palette on the lash line.

She added i-mark Metallic in Lava on the lid and finished the lash line with mark’s What A Line Felt Tip Eyeliner in Twilight. Applied false eyelashes and two coats of mark’s Scandalash Mascara in Blacklash and filled in the lower lash line with mark’s No Place to Run Longwear Eyeliner in Jet set. Finished the eyes with one coat of Scandalash Mascara in Blacklash on the lower lashes.

We've been recapping the Golden Globes and it wouldn't be complete without highlighting what was worn at the parties! Nina Dobrev attended the 2013 Warner Bros and InStyle Golden Globe Awards After Party last night. She looked so adorable and sugary sweet in turquoise from Oscar de la Renta's spring collection. This dress was further accessorized with a fab silver belt and stunning Jimmy Choo heels.The attention to detail continued with this super cute twist created by stylist Riawna Capri of Nine Zero One Salon and of course you can create this look as well.

Step 1 In order to smooth Nina’s hair and add shine, her hair was prepped with U LUXURY Shampoo and Conditioner, which are infused with crushed pearl, Hawaiian white honey and Argan oil. Next, Riawna used UNITE 7SECONDS Conditioner to detangle, condition and protect hair.

Step 2 Next, she blow-dried hair using the UNITE 9-Row Denman Brush to smooth the cuticle of her hair.

Step 3 Nina then flipped her head upside down while Riawna completed a classic braid from the nape to the crown of her head.

Step 4 All remaining hair was pulled up into a ponytail.

Step 5 UNITE BEACH DAY Spray was spritzed throughout the dry ponytail to add density to the hair.

Step 6 The hair was wrapped and pinned into a classic bun.

Step 7 The final look was held in place using UNITE GO365 Hairspray and polished off with UNITE SHINA-Mist.

During today's E! Live From the Red Carpet show for the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards, we caught a glimpse of Alyssa Milano and without question, she looked fabulous! She stunned in this marigold hued Ports 1961 dress which flows so nicely and was accessorized with Graziela Forever with stunning Turquoise Earrings and a fabulous Turquoise Ring by the same house! Her clutch is fabulous and none other than Thale Blanc and is known as Adrianne - a black leather with gold cheetah with smoked topaz Swarovski Crystals. Rona Pfeiffer's Large Zig Zag Bangle is the perfect way to compliment this fabulous look which was styled by Julie Matos!

The 70th Annual Golden Globes airs tomorrow on NBC at 8pm EST and of course, we'll be tweeting away about all of the fabulous red carpet fashion starting at 5pm EST as we follow along watching E!'s Live From the Red Carpet! In addition, we love that the femme, fabulous and funny duo - Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will be hosting this awards show! Tonight, The People's Choice Awards had a number of celebs hitting the red carpet and I had to choose my favorites! I love when the carpets have fabulous white dresses on them. Taylor Swift looked phenomenal in this classic Ralph Lauren plunging dress accented with turquoise earrings was the perfect touch. Ellen Pompeo looks fabulous in this long white bohemian maxidress by Lanvin which I could see being such a versatile piece to wear for a number of things such as a night out, a day of shopping and on a rooftop in Miami. Rumor Willis looks phenomenal in her black and silver Alice + Olivia dress (we had posted about the green version of this dress during the holiday season) which has just the perfect amount of sparkle. Finally Nikki Deloach has this fabulous dress that makes me think of Audrey Hepburn (we'll update with the designer).

We continue with looking at the Year in Review for 2012 and we had to share celebs that we enjoy highlighting. Although she caught our eye a decade ago as one of the members of Destiny's Child, we all love that she has not only come into her own when it comes to her music but also her style! At Glamour's Women of the Year Awards in London this summer (first row upper left hand corner), we loved seeing her sleek hairstyle, a silky black halter gown with a train by British designer, Maria Grachvogel. She simply paired this with silver hoops by Garrard with a fabulous nude lip and kohl rimmed eyes! In addition to rocking the red carpet, she received the TV Personality of The Year Award, for her time on ‘The X Factor’ as a panel member of the London version of the show.

At the American Music Awards, she stunned again on the red carpet in a geometric dress straight from the spring NYFW runway show of Naeem Khan! Once again we love her nude lips and kohl eyeliner - it's a great look and we love the simplistic and carefree look of her hair as well.

With her busy year, Kelly hit Las Vegas and signed her cover which features her on VEGAS Magazine's 9th Anniversary at Boulevard Pool at Cosmopolitan where she's stunning on paper as well as in person with her bodycon dress. Kelly also took a moment to host Grey Goose's launch of their Cherry Noir vodka in this stunning red dress as a number of celebrities and invited guests toasted this event.
