A few weeks ago, I attended Purple Lab's HSN preview party! Not only was it great to see my friend and Creatix of Purple Lab, Karen Robinovitz on TV looking fabulous, but unexpectedly, I fell in love with Figenza, fig infused vodka. Initially I had it mixed with Skinny Water as it was a great mixture. But then, once I received the product at home, I tried it alone (yes it's very sweet but so refreshing) and then with seltzer which is one of my favorite combos. it evened out the sweet elements and let you just enjoy it. I have to say that this is a drink that would be perfect for the summer time and seeing that we are going to be Hamptons minded very soon, you're bound to hear a lot more about this product

As Food Editor and boyfriend, Paul was out on a boys weekend, I was curious to see how he would like it as it is very sweet in nature! Upon his return, I made him some drinks and found that he loved it so without question this is a fab drink. I event suggest mixing it with champagne as a great alternative beverage to include for brunch and if you have the girls over this is the drink that will be the hit of the night!
