Swoonfest Saturdays ~ Spring Brunches

I always tell people that brunch is the most important meal of the week! It's a great way to touchbase with friends and to chat about what's going on and what you plan to do together. As we continue to transition into spring weather we can wear less outerwear and get back into wearing heels and cycling through a number of fun accessories! Roll over the above images to see how this fun look with a focus on yellow is the perfect look for wherever you're heading off to this weekend. I love Tory Burch, J Brand, Roberto Cavalli, Kimberly McDonald, Rachel Zoe, Will Leather Goods and Alexandra Tempestato.

Wrist Wednesdays ~ Spring 2013 Arm Candy

My bracelet collection continues to grow and when I add to it, I definitely select items that I love but it's always good to know what hues are on trend! Especially when it comes to wanting to try a new color, doing this within your bracelets can be a nice transition within other accessories and then into your attire (if you choose). Pantone's Fashion Color Report Spring 2013 is a great place to see the dominant colors for this season. These hues reflect what colors were dominant on the runways during Fashion Week and are further broken out by men's versus women's! What colors are in for spring and what brands can assist you in rocking the hues? Of course, I have included my favorites as regardless of the chill, we know that Spring is around the corner as we finish NYFW FW2013 shows.

As you know, Emerald is Pantone's color of the year which you will find as a colorful theme throughout the year. Rock it by wearing this Emerald Enamel Bangle Dome by Janna Conner. My favorite hue within the picks for Spring 2013 is Dusk Blue - it's perfect for wearing with jeans with all white items and any kind of preppy/boho style. I'm obsessed with Blee Inara's Light Blue Hamsa Majorca Beaded Bracelet as this is great for stacking with a number of pieces. The fact that blue is included twice within the hues to watch is exciting and I love this beaded Bonnie Bracelet by Club Monaco which is Monaco Blue.

Moschitto Designs Cutout is a vibrant Lemon Zest which is a great way to add an unexpected pop into the look. Spring Green is a great color and I love that it is included within the stack of bangles by Malene Birger which allows you to wear them all together or to simply wear them by your desired color (this stack has Lemon Zest within it as well which is a great way to showcase both hues). A classic hue that works well no matter the season, Poppy Red, can be found in this Tory Burch wrap cuff. From red to Nectarine Orange, this is another vibrant hue and one that can be rocked with this Marc by Marc Jacobs in this Rubber Turnlock Bracelet. Blend both colors from Spring 2013 together from Monaco Blue and Nectarine Orange with this One by Lead Bead Tassel Bracelet/Necklace (which gives you options.

Round out the Spring hues with your arm candy with Linen which is a crisp color and a great leather Aztec Bangle House of Harlow. Grayed Jade is a fabulous muted hue that's perfect for Spring and can be brought into your wardrobe with this Carved Jade Bangle. Finally, African Violet is also within this list and can be rocked this season with this Punch and Judy purple beaded bracelet with diamonds.

Treasure Tuesdays: NYE 2012 ~ Black and White Chic

Each day it's getting closer and closer to NYE and of course we'll be showcasing some of our favorite looks. Today, it's a nod to menswear as well as black and white which is always chic. We're loving this Elizabeth and James black and white tuxedo which can be paired over these LAgence suede leggings as well! Complete the look with a simple cami and then layer on accessories to finish this look! I'm loving this resin Tory Burch necklace with chain detail as well as (of course) this Balenciaga city bag which includes everything you need for a night out. Finally, these simple Lorenzi heels make this utter perfection!

Fashionable Fridays ~ Little Miss Sunshine

It's been a heat wave for the past few days and we have made it to Friday! Although it feels like we have been living on the sun, there's never anything wrong with infusing it into your look. Maxi skirts have been running around all over the city and we love this Dip Dye one by Topshop. Pair it with a silk Alexander Wang top to bring some yellow back towards your face and bring on the accessories! Alexis Bittar's gold necklace with long molten Lucite is the perfect pendant to rock with this look. I'm loving Stephen Dweck's Crystal Quartz ring in bronze. Layer it in with Charriol as I rock their bangles everyday and add an ethnic twist with Linea Pelle! Finally, make your feet uber comfy with these flat sandal espadrilles by Tory Burch!

Trendy Thursdays ~ Beauty Doctor Bag

When temperatures begin to dip, you know it's time to take your basic necessities with you! This means that for the girl on the go, I needs to make sure that I bring my little medical musts with me! Many of them happen to be beauty remedies that pull a little double duty. You can rock your Mulberry but the good news is that your Tory Burch can include your winter pack.

First off, you can definitely find throat drops in my bag. Right now, I am loving Original Pine Brothers that comes in a soothing honey drop. I love the old school packaging, natural ingredients and that it's an old school product. Stock up by getting 3 of these containers. Pop one in a bag, in your medicine cabinet and on your side table in your bedroom. Elizabeth Grant has a number of beauty items and of course their Lip Collagen Restore keeps your lips soft and amazing but there are other hidden benefits too. When you're blowing your nose, your skin is getting stripped by oils and having massive irritation, apple this under your nose and around your nostrils to retain your moisture so that you're always camera ready!

I'm obsessed with having soft hands so Bliss' high intensity cream which leaves a nice thick coating. This is also fab to use on elbows, knees and to even warm up ear lobes as well after coming in from the chill. When you feel a little under the weather or are recovering, use Laura Geller bronzer so that you have a nice healthy glow. When your cheeks pop it plays back into your eyes and you look phenom!

5. Achoo! Cold weather=runny noses. Every time you use a tissue to blow your nose, you’re stripping your skin of its natural oils, causing irritation under your nostrils. Apply lip restore after blowing your nose to moisturize dry sensitive skin!

Treasure Tuesdays ~ Summer City Chic

I love the summer season which begs for you to rock feminine looks as you grab lunches that last way longer than two hours or for an extended day of shopping. Whether you're opting to play hooky from the office or are doing your own staycation, this is such a cute look that anyone can rock with a spring in their step. Anthropologie's crisp white with citrus flower market accents are perfect for the summer season. Pair it with Ranjana Khan's fab bib necklace, Tory Burch's Miniaudiere made out of rattan and Burberry's chic espadrille.

Treasure Tuesdays ~ Kimmie, Accessories & Flirt! Cosmetics

Earlier this year, I got the opportunity to shoot a fun Flirt! video (Estee Lauder's brand exclusively for Kohl's) about how to accessorize during spring! See my fab finds for this season from brands (Tory Burch, Noir Jewelry, Monet Jewelry and AMI Clubwear. It was so much fun to shoot this video for a fun brand and to share some camera time with Holly!

Snazzy Sundays ~ Spring Focus

This afternoon I will be out and about checking out new collections and thinking spring as I clutch my coat to keep one of the coldest weekend this winter at bay. I can't help but be excited by all the new hues and thoughts of running around in flip flops and maxi dresses. With that said, I have to start sharing fun pieces that I will definitely want to wear when the weather turns up (or at least when I hit warmer weather). Tory Burch's Tunic in orange is definitely on trend as this is a color that will dominate spring. This is perfect when you want to wear something long sleeve without having a lot of bulk. It can be worn with jeans, cargo pants and much more. Of course, styling becomes super easy with a cuff, ring and a pair of gladiator heels. All these accessories become items that you should stock up on no matter what so that you have go to pieces throughout the spring and the summer.

Mingling Mondays ~ Resort Tory Burch Style

As you're reading this, I'm flying to St Petersburg for HSN so that I can start training on camera for my time with Sebago which will take place in Feb! I am a huge fan of Tory Burch, her boho chic style is one that I love without question and I have also enjoyed throwing an event at their NoHo store as well. Last wek, I kicked off the first day of December at their Meat Packing District Store with a number of bloggers. Our mission was to style a look from the resort collection whether it was ski inspired or beach oriented! Now knowing me, you know that I had to think beach. My vision was to have a nautical bikini that had a gorg orange cardigan to create a pop of color as you head to your SoBe cabana (preferably at the Delano). Accessories are everything, so I loved including wedges, a large bag and gorg shell necklaces and a bracelet to complete this look. I think that my model is phenom and even even better - I would SO wear this look without a second thought! Although I love it, you'll be able to have the opportunity to vote for your favorite model look so that you can weigh in on Tory Burch's Facebook Page!

Snazzy Sundays ~ On Camera to Style

As some of you may know, tomorrow I will be at HSN for my on camera training as I will be on air in Feb for two days (back to back) with Sebago! I am super excited as I am one step closer to something that I have looked forward to for such a long period of time! I also know that the days of our placement has an amazing media focus with it which will be exciting to share in the next few weeks! As soon as I get back, I will be apart of a fun styling event!

Last week, I styled a model for Tory Burch's resort collection (images to follow soon) but on Tues, I will compete with other style bloggers as we dress women who will not only receive a great look, but keep the clothing as it is apart of Derek Fabulous Bottomless Closet Program. We will use pieces from Joseph Ribkoff whose Canadian label is the official sponsor of the Miss America Organization! In addition, Miss America Caressa Cameron will be on hand. I can't wait to share with you what my looks will be and you know that I love styling as it's definitely one of the things that I do well! There are a few spots to attend this event (and there may be an opportunity for a fellow style blogger to participate as well); moreover, you can see the line earlier in the afternoon as well. All RSVPs and appointments can be made with the email above.

Mingling Mondays ~ Tory's Foundation & Blush Blues

Today's post is all about fab fall fashion full of whimsy and glitz along with support of others. Now many of you know that I am a huge fan of Tory Burch. Her boho chic vibe is one that fits perfectly with my style but I also love her philanthropic focus. The Tory Burch Foundation empowers women and their families economically by providing women with small business loans in order to fight poverty and to create jobs. Thinking about the fact that here in the US, 7.2 million majority owned, privately held, women-owned businesses are operating and employing 7.3 million people and generate $1.1 trillion dollars in sales is phenomenal. Only 20 years ago it was required by law that a man had to co-sign before receiving a business loan - we've come a long way baby! The purpose of Tory Burch's Foundation is to continue this success and to support these women. She launched a collection that specifically benefits her efforts from totes, scarves and more with the sunflower logo. These items are available on her site and more will continue to be included within the following months.

Business women come in many forms and we all dress in a number of ways, I think it's amazing to work with so many fab women in the line of work that I do. Whether we're running from events, designing our collections or making deals across the new boardroom - the brunch table - we all have to look fabulous. Today, I present a cute look and one that was inspired by a number of items. First, this necklace is apart of the Tory Burch Foundation - and is known as the World Charm Necklace. I love the web effect that it creates with the navy leather. This looks fab with Diane Von Furstenburg's silk blouse - I love the sleeves. This can be paired with skinny jeans and the most fab heels! While I was in the DR, it wasn't all about designing my new collab line with Sebago! We headed over to a mall to check out some of the local shops and you know I can never go too far without seeing something fab from Christian Louboutin! These Python Pumps were calling my name and looked fab, rich and of course had a special glitter to them. This is definitely leg crossing worthy!

Fashionable Fridays: Day 8 Spring 2011 ~ I Strut at Lincoln Center For Essence.com

Fashion Week is a lot of fun and one of the best times is when you're in the open areas just hanging out. Now I have met Tia Williams, Beauty Editor at Essence.com a few times. As I had just moved away from the Essie booth, Tia asked to see my strut. Now on this day, I had just left the Tory Burch show I believe and had on one of my fave maxi dresses with my Swarovski Crystal Havaianas! But towards the middle of the video, you'll see me strutting as that's what one does when they're at one of the biggest Fashion Week events of the year!

Trendy Thursdays: Day 7 Spring 2011 ~ Tory Burch

You know I'm a fan of Tory Burch so I don't even have to go into detail about that! But I must say that I loved seeing her presentation! I was overwhelmed with the bags, clothes, accessories and more! Seeing the models standing there with pops of citron and mustard Tory once again proved how classic her boho chic style truly is! Above are two of my favorite looks from the show and as always, you can go to Elle.com to see more fabulous pieces as well as images of the amazing people that popped up at this event including the designer herself!

Fashionable Fridays: Spring 2011 ~ Things I Like

You know that I am a huge fan of Tory Burch. I love her sense of style and ever since I hosted a shopping event there, I really enjoy seeing Tory's world through her eyes via, Things I Like. Tory was given a voice recorder by filmmaker Van Neistat to talk about what she loved while she was in Europe (who wouldn't want her thoughts on tape) and then he set out to Asia to find the things that she liked there. After watching this click the link to hear more thoughts from both of these fab creatives that just mixed culture and fashion together to take things to another level. I love finding about inspirations and what makes people tick. This is such a cute video and lets you in on what it's like to hear her creative process when it comes to life in general. Seeing it through her eyes allows us to think about how we see our world and how what we enjoy here can be found elsewhere as well.

Sippin Saturdays ~ Long Weekend Fire Island

For those of us on the East Coast we have been getting minute to minute updates about Hurricane Earl (how is he going to show up on the last weekend of the summer) and it seems that today is absolutely gorgeous! So it's perfect to grab your bikini and for me and my friends, we're heading out to Fire Island to get some sun and to see Shontelle perform! You guys know that we covered her last year, she was apart of She's the First which we were media sponsors for and now she is doing this concert in conjunction with Housing Works and MTV so it's a super worthy cause!

We have been talking about fall but today I do believe is the last day that we will talk about summer treasures; however, many of us will dip into our summer closets for a few more weeks as our temperatures are still high. In fact if you travel, you still do this as well. Later this month, I will be in Cancun and then next month I will be in the Dominican Republic - so I'm always on the hunt for the cutest bikinis possible. Above, I'm all about orange as we're going to Fire Island today. I love this Gottex bandeau because it's different and I will be attending their Fashion Week show as well (oh please let me see Rosa Cha too as I am still awaiting invites for a few shows). I'm loving this Tory Burch clutch as well as I'm a huge fan of Rattan and this can be worn poolside, at the cabana and then for a night out. Of course I am never without a pair of Marc Jacobs and I think a person can only be dressed when they have a pair of Jimmy Choos on their feet!

Fashionable Fridays ~ Fall Domination

I love leather and when done well it has that same power suit feeling that many wore back in the day with huge shoulder pads. Typically when I wear it, it may be a pair of pants or a skirt but when I saw this dress that was a mix of mod and a little nod to Tina Turner in Mad Max Beyond the Thunderdome (she had something like this style on when she says "two men enter, one man leaves - ps this was overheard at an event last night as we brainstormed something fun that I pray actually happens, deets to follow and thanks for the quote @FashionStBeauty), I knew that this could be an amazing look for a night out, if you're hosting an amazing band release or anything where you want that mix of edge and femme to come together. I feel that this dress is so powerful that you have to continue with strong pieces and I am a huge fan of monotone (when done right of course).

I love the disco cuff which adds another edgy quality and is longer than the typical cuff. The dress is as much of an accessory as whatever you add into it which is a rarity. Love love love Miniaudiere's in general and this skin is so exotic and from Rebecca Minkoff (loved having tea time with her in her studio last night, follow up to come but Rebecca's so down to Earth and has a fab personality) - this is the perfect item to have nearby with your basic essentials. Finally, Tory Burch has a fab pair of hiking boots that's a mix of camp couture. The tassels are fun, the laces are epic and of course having the heel and coming up to the calf is a great look. Love the sexy vibe they send and there is another version of this shoe that is a taller boot that has a wrap detail that I'm also a huge fan so check out the site. Together this look is perfect for something that I am in total sync with Kimora on - finding a dress (or look) that is perfect for Global Domination, that's a fab mantra going into 2011!

Snazzy Sundays ~ Prepping For Fashion Week Spring 2011

The year has flown by and a lot has taken place since Feb 28th - a key date for myself as well as for Kitten Lounge! On this date, I hosted a shopping event at Tory Burch in the NoLita store and in many ways it was a turning point as I knew that that day unofficially, allowed Kitten Lounge to evolve along with benchmarks to grow the site! This came in the form of additional collaborations with such brands as Coach in their Fall MYNY campaign, attending some amazing press trips like Schick's Q Squad trip at the Delano in Miami, learning about the world of Maxxinistas, Avon's Lotus Shield and much more. In addition, I was able to take on such opportunities as contributing to Betty Confidential, becoming a spokesperson for a something many of us use every morning (deets soon) and going on HSN next year for a fab footwear brand and dare I say, to also collab with them to make a shoe line. If you asked me could I have planned this positive turn, I don't think that I could have! It takes a lot of people to make this work and with Kitten Lounge turning 3 in Oct, who knows what's around the corner - only my inbox has these secrets!

So it is with all of this that I look at this year's Fashion Week as something a little more special than usual. One, my birthday (Sept 12th) is always during this time and I feel that this portion of the year is when a lot of good things tend to kick in. Yes there is going to be the craziness that usually follows, running around, change of venue etc but I love making my lists. These lists involve shows and parties that I want to attend, coverage that I can provide for brands as well as placements that my site can receive. This year I will have a Men's Editor which is super exciting!

But with all that, my most important list is my personal checklist of what gets me through the day! My musts are my accessories and above are some key ones. First, I'm now obsessed with Neuro which has a super cute bottle but it's water that helps various items that you need whether it's to Sleep (this helped me a lot when I was in the midst of traveling), Bliss (it calms me down although I'm just a wee bit amped always) and much more! I think that I need to stockpile this water!

Beyond that, my necessities are large sunglasses - not only are they great in photo ops but when you hit those early shows and are heading out of the house, this is a must before you take your first sip of coffee! Although I have been sporting Marc Jacobs for awhile, I could definitely consider a pair like the ones from Roberto Cavalli Comfy heels are a must and on a completely not official poll, I've learned this summer that many of my fave editors and myself can't agree on the one heel that's super comfy. Some say Louboutin (not going to lie love how they look), Manolo's etc but I'm a Jimmy Choo girl. When I travel, I have a pair with me no matter what. So, it's a must that I find a pair that will work throughout the week for most of the outfits that I'll sport! Finally, the handbag - I carry a lot my Flip, mini laptop, notebook, etc. Although I may be carrying the amount of a baby elephant, I don't want to look that way. This cute bag from Rebecca Minkoff would allow me to wear it to whatever without any changing, which is a necessity as well!

With Fashion Week being Sept 9 - Sept 16th, you'll hear more about various musts which are not only great for me during this time but are items to think about for your wardrobe as well as we get into the fall! Look out for some of the outfits that I will be wearing, one of them by one of our site partners - APART. You can also follow the madness here and on our social networks as well on Twitter @KittenLounge and my personal account, @Cocoabebe or the hashtag #KLNYFWTweetOut to hear about what I'm wearing, my beauty musts, shows, presentations and parties that are going on! Follow the #KL31BdayStar picks for our essentials for fall and what's on my birthday list!

Mingling Mondays ~ Birthday Glam in the Summertime

It's not my birthday quite yet although it is a little over a month from now! Today is Men's Style Editor, Jacob Yee's birthday and we're hanging out in Florida! I've been out here for almost a week or so and as the weather continues to get hotter, it allows you to rock a lot of looks. I'm a huge fan of beach/bohemian styles as it's more indicative of my personality. I have loved eyelet ever since I could remember! As a baby I was decked out in it, I've had various things made from the fabric and it just gets better with age. The blush colored dress from Lotta Stensson is super cute and perfect for the hottest of days! I love this simple necklace which picks up the blush and has a pop of gold and of course smoky quartz. This looks even better when this is paired with Tory Burch's Cuba High Heel Buckle Sandals and Citrine by the Stones Rocker Wrap Bracelet! Together this is a completely effortless look that can take you from a birthday dinner to a night of drinks and dancing!

Fashionable Fridays ~ The Aha Moment of Style

Yesterday was the day of all days for me. There were some highs (finally trying out Townhouse Spa and LOVING IT, meeting my new mecca of accessories (hold that thought) and chatting with various people that continue to rock out with ideas that keep me moving and grooving with possibilities. And of course there were the lows - one of them being falling in the middle of Times Square and scraping my elbow - but hey I saved the face haha (can you say embarrassing but we have amazing tourists and NYers who saved a lady in distress that merely wanted to creep and hide into the crevice of the sidewalk). This week has been quite the hustle of hustles and I have learned a lot about what I'm doing and taking it to the next level. Every now and then, I feel the need to share these "aha" moments - random musings but what can I say, it's my version of "Letter from the Editor".

I have always supported and in many cases upheld my belief that social presence has been supreme and that it's a cost effective and yet a great way to reach a large group of people that you may not be able to reach. Of course, being online means that you have to really incorporate social as a means for people to understand your brand and fully engage you; however, lately I have realized that it's super important to still have that in person contact. I have spent the last few weeks doing a lot of coffee chats, touch bases and one on ones. To that end, I have begun creating great events that people can come to to see the product, mingle with their friends etc. Coming up on May 13th we have a fabulous shopping event at Apart Showroom and we will be kicking the summer off with our Splashion Soiree! There are more events like these coming up and some that are in the Hamptons - of course details will follow!

But my intent when I came to NYC was to not only embrace the fashion industry but to provide an all access pass to items that people normally don't have or to be able to "cut the line so to speak" in terms of fashion. In addition, I wanted to make it personal. My concept was to provide people the luxurious experience of finding fab pieces in a truly comfortable environment where they could play with accessories and seriously build their look without having to come to a store during off hours or to buy it out. In addition, this experience could be enjoyed by those who are corporate execs as well as those that are assistants.

Yesterday, I finally found the last puzzle to this and I'm so excited to be able to do personal shopping in a cozy and chic space where you're only limited by your imagination. Being an Accessories Expert and being able to talk about items for the past three years has been amazing but helping you shop with them, that's the best part! If you love being introduced to new designers or have a certain look that you're going for (everyday, prepping for the Hamptons, a night out, bridal, etc) then I am definitely you're go to girl and can connect you with items that are not only dazzling but meet your expectations. Who knew that after this amount of time in the city, I could finally open up this portion of my idea! Simply contact me and we will work on getting your look set up!

Yesterday also became my induction into the world of watches (among other fab accessories) at the Ana Martins Showroom! I have not always been a fan but I fell in love with gorgeous pieces that finally made me wonder if my cuffs would have to finally move onto my left hand so that a dazzling watch could be on my right? Expect to see more watches styled into looks and of course I love bling and conversation pieces so I know you will love them!

So simply put, Kitten Lounge is growing again with great events, coverage (yes it's true we will have a bridal week on the site in June with another in Nov and no I'm not engaged) and finally we are offering personal shopping not only within apparel as we have offered but most importantly within accessories. Look for more information on this as we will kick this off in May 1st but if there are fashion emergencies and you're in NYC, then of course contact me stat! Above are fab accessories that you should become acquainted with, of course styled with a fab look and since we kick off Hamptons style May 1st, we had to go with one of my fave looks!

Wearable Wednesdays ~ Heating Up

Yesterday was the craziest day ever! In addition to running to a number of meetings which will be revealed throughout this month, launching Project Accessory finally and continuing to work on the Hamptons Guide and our amazing giveaway that kicks off next month (did I mention we have 4 tote bags and you could win one) - I know today will be just as much chaos! When it's like that AND you hear that the weather will be in the 80's you know that you definitely have to dress with comfrt in mind. Today, I'm all about wearing something that's light, adding a scarf in a new way and pairing it with capris! Not only are these Tory Burch pants cute but the shoe (I saw them in person during Kitten Lounge's shopping event at their NoLita store in Feb) is an absolute must when you're wearing the pants. I also believe I saw this ring (great pop of navy and gold) when I attended the Kate Spade x Rebecca Ward event in Feb as well! For all those running at 300 miles an hour, make sure you dress right for the hustle!

Fashionable Fridays ~ Thank You Tory Burch!

There are two major thank you's that must be said! First off, thank you Tory Burch Team for allowing the Kitten Lounge to host the shopping event at your store! The drinks kept flowing, the staff was super sweet and helpful and those that attended had nothing but positive feedback! Also thanks to Guest of a Guest for sending their readers over as well! I loved that I was able to see so many items that I'm still debating on what I'll be wearing as we head into spring! The second and equally important thanks goes to those that braved the cold, snow and whatever random weather we had going on to support the event! I hope that we can go back during a warmer season so that more can come but there were people very happy with their purchases and I loved meeting you guys and seeing you in person!

Above is the green tunic that I am salivating over which also comes in navy! I am someone who is sitll embracing the fact that color should be worn so definitely expect to see me in this. I also got to see the wrapped heel which is officially my new obsession and I had to pop in other items that I think you guys should be thinking about! Although the weather was not the best, the Elizabeth St location in NoLita made me feel like I was in South Beach and everything was perfect!!! Our next event will be in April when we host a huge Wellness Event at Exhale Spa which we would love for you to RSVP to!

Wearable Wednesdays ~ Go To Your Zen

Your zen, peace of mind and feeling great mindset is the best thing that you can present everyday. When you feel good and you're treating your body right, everything else seems to fall into place! With that said, tomorrow we will party it up at the Tory Burch store as Kitten Lounge is hosting this shopping event but in April, we want you to hang out with us for a week of classes at Exhale Spa! Typically, Exhale Spa is $35 a class but from April 12th - April 19th, Kitten Lounge readers can enjoy unlimited Core Fusion and yoga classes that you can take for $40! On April 12th, I will definitely be there for a fun session of classes and can't wait to work out with you guys! In addition, there are discounts on retail and spa services! You must RSVP prior to and you know that I will be there taking in classes and getting my Om on! I had the pleasure of taking the Core Fusion class which was intense and also exhilerating since I definitely felt the effects!

Snazzy Sundays ~ Fall in Love & Win

I can't even remember the last time that Valentine's Day was on a Sunday and that President's Day was the day after. Many of you are getting a long weekend so there is no excuse to not do something! Whether it's hanging out with friends, a special someone or a combination of the two - something must be done. With it being Fashion Week, there are shows that I'm attending and of course Paul and I will be out in the city going to one of my favorite wine bars to nibble on tapas and have South African wines. This allows me to be prepared tomorrow for a number of shows as well as heading into the week of amazing presentations, meetings etc. But enough about work, today is all about play!

For those that are staying in with their special someone, having a girls sleep over etc, you can't go wrong with our pick of the Tory Burch Artist Collaboration Pajama Set. It's super cute and you can wear it year around whether you wear it together or break it up! (Speaking of Tory Burch, if you're in NYC and have yet to RSVP to our fun event that we are hosting in her NoLita store - shame shame but we still love you and have space). If you're cuddling up, you need to check out Lauren Conrad's follow up to L.A. Candy - Little White Lies. You guys know I am a reality show junkie, that I love The Hills and obvi - Lauren was my favorite and of course last week I met her at a Mark event which she looked just as amazing in person. I read her first book while sitting on a plane waiting to head to my girl in Chicago (who is visiting me in a few days - yeah) and I couldn't wait for the second book!

Going out, I have two picks for pieces that are a must to wear on today's day of love as well as throughout the year and on one of them we have a giveaway! Love Rocks NY created this gorgeous diamond encrusted helix ring. It's edgy and glam and a conversation piece beyond anything I have in my closet right now! If you're going out for a sushi dinner it does make me wonder how this fab ring will work with your sticks but at least your hand is glam!

What are you falling in love with this season? What are you taking into spring? Leave a comment about what you're thinking about in terms of fashion, accessories, places to visit etc and you will this fab Lots of Love and Luck Expandable Wire Bangle Set by Alex & Ani. I love pieces like this as they can be worn with a number of looks and it really elongates the arm. We will choose a winner at midnight so get your comments in here so that you can rock love and luck for years to come!

Happy Love Day to everyone and I'm so glad to have met a lot of you while bumping into you at the tents and last night's #NYfwMixer which was so packed but amazing to see everyone there! <

Kitten Lounge's Love Guide 2010

2nd Annual Love Guide Sponsored by Mind Games

Love is in the air. Not only because Valentine's Day is around the corner but also because we tend to think about things that what we would love to have or do. So this year, we bring you the perfect gifts for Valentine's Day whether you're into something slinky, chocolately, shimmery or you're into places to go and fun gadgets that are definitely going to be loved over the next year.

The Love Guide runs from Jan 15th - Feb 15th. I'm super excited about our sponsor this month! Mind Games is currently available via Amazon and can be read on the go through your Kindle! It's a tale that starts in NYC and takes you to Japan. Find out how far someone will go to find love and how far person fights this love. Dorian Smith spins this story sprinkling in her love for fashion, Japan and more! Take some time to check out the site to read a bit of the excerpt and to get to know the characters. If you have a gift or an event that you would like to include, contact us to find out additional information as we will make updates over the next few days.

If you see me out and about, you know that I'm wearing something from Ted Rossi! He's known for creating gorgeous python pieces whether it's a cuff, ring, clutch or hobo bag! If you're looking for great accessories that will keep everyone chatting you up all night, then these pieces will work perfectly for day and night! Take some time to check out his site and to see who is wearing his pieces!

When it comes to the ultimate in Boho Preppy, Tory Burch definitely knows how to achieve this fab look that is absolute timeless. What I love most about this fun collection is that it has the fab red and pink tones that are perfect for Valentine's Day; however, I love that the tote is perfect for a day at the beach when you need to get around the spring. When it comes to packing away your favorite eyeshadows, this is the cutest little lip case and adds a pop of color wherever it goes!

Here in NYC, it's always a little chilly so when it's time to go out on the special day with your girls or your significant other, these super cute chunky scarves by Spratters & Jayne! These scarves come in various styles whether you like the double button or the single one. Of course this looks super cute with a pair of leggings, a tunic top, a pair of heels and a chunky scarf that's in an array of colors. In addition to the overall look, I love the buttons which are a fab accessory and will leave people asking where you got this great addition to your look.

A little after Thanksgiving I introduced you to Lavina Firenze, an Italian lingerier brand that I fell in love with from the second that I saw it! I knew that it would be the perfect fit for this guide as this is definitely what you would want to wear on Valentine's Day or any other day that you feel the need to slip into something luxe! In addition to cute little sets they also have fabulous bras and bottoms. This is definitely splurge worthy!

You never know where you're going to meet your Luvah but I can guarantee one of the prime places is your fab purse! First they brought us fab lipglosses with Huge Lips, Skinny Hips and now Purple Lab has brought Luvah with your choice between Mama's Boy and Rich Jerk. Either way, we've all been with one or the other but at least this choice will make you look fabulous! Take some time to check out the site and see what's going on in the world of Purple Lab as they get ready for their HSN debut!

"Stay Luscious" is not only a fab phrase but one that you will hear if you listen to the Modern Courtesan! She's all about keeping these feminine and sexy in a world where we can be so focused on rising above glass ceilings and competing, that we lose sight of our essence. She takes us back to another portion of ourselves that is super important - that as women we have other elements that make us unique and we can be powerhouses in the boardroom while also being mystifying creatures. This is more than something to remember on Valentine's Day but somehow this time of year is yet another way to reclaim these thoughts as a second chance to get a move on other types of resolutions! I'm all about beauty products that smell amazing and keep my skin fab so Modern Courtesan by YS is a must! Her lotions and perfumes are yummie and are perfect for whatever mood you're in when using them. In addition, you'll love knowing that the Modern Courtesan or Luscious Lifestyle Diva is a speaker, teacher and more so check her out as well!

The temperatures are falling and then sometimes it fools us but this is the time of year when winter has definitely settled in and we need to work on our projects to have a productive spring. With that said, we also need to make sure that our bodies are taken care of via good exercise, nutrition and supplements! Functionalab keeps us healthy whether we're taking an entire system of vitamins or we feel the need to pinpoint various elements.

With so many things going on from work, going out to a number of functions and also taking time to research, I loved knowing that by taking the Focus drops within my water, not only did I have a nice minty flavor but I'm also ensuring that I have the focus to finish my projects and to continue to run at full speed! A focused approach also ensures that you don't forget key dates for you and your honey and that you'll remember that they enjoy one restaurant over another! If you're looking to take better care of yourself and those around you, take a moment to check out what Functionalab has available for you!

This past holiday season on Kitten Lounge, you saw gorgeous agate jewelry from Cynthia Rybakoff! This has been one of my favorite jewelry pieces that I have included within this site and I love the natural elements that she presents along with the pops of color. Valentine's day is more than a focus on red, it also incorporates pink, rich plum tones and of course pops of blue! From earrings, necklaces to bracelets, she has you covered and with a new site ready to launch soon, at her main site, this designer is one that I definitely want to wear from running out on errands to red carpet functions as well! Take some time to give love and to keep a little love for yourself with these fab finds!

As many of you know, I have a jewelry line, Kitten Couture which was created on one of my visits to South Beach. The idea of having natural stones and seashells that were on a lariat and could be styled in whichever way was inspiring to me. I love this line and the fact that it is handmade. Beaches and resort towns allow me to feel refreshed. When it comes to one of my loves it's traveling to a beach so hearing about Haiti (that was my first trip outside of the country when I was 9 in Labadee and interestingly enough, I was in the Dominican last March for an amazing trip) was hard wrenching. In this time of love, it's also about the love for others and doing whatever you can. Tatiana is one of my favorite pieces in my collection and this piece which can be worn in whatever way you can imagine it and has coral, snail shell and more will have have of its proceeds going to the Red Cross to assist them in their efforts. Tatiana retails for $120 and your support is definitely appreciated. This piece will be at this price and will be representative of Kitten Couture and Kitten Lounge's assistance as they will need continual aid. I hope that the vibrant colors reflect the will of the people and our need to give a hand when we can as there is such a thing as just having love for your neighbor regardless of where they are! Find out my feelings about Haiti and its importance to me within this post!

Vanessa Boulton has a fun approach to handbags, clutches and even cosmetic cases! I love that she's not afraid to use color and that she has such a whimsical style! These are the perfect gifts to give others and yourself when you're out and about whether it's for brunch or just a fun night out with the girls! With the pops of color, whimsy and willingness to push the envelope, this is a brand to consider when you're in the shopping mood!

I'm team TMB all the way. If you don't know then you definitely have to check out Tasty Moresels Bakery who has amazing cookies and right now they have a fab way that you could satisy your sweet tooth and your sweetie. So many fab brands/individuals such as Robert Verdi, DKNY, Purple Lab NYC and Chloe - so why not you! To enter for a free box of goodies, you must be located in the US and follow @Tasty_Morsels on Twitter. Send a tweet to them starting out with the phrase of "My idea of the perfect dessert would be..." by midnight of February 12th (one tweet a person) and a winner will be chosen at random.

We can't forget to spread a little love to our four legged babies that keep is smiling and in good spirits regardless of whether we're having a good day or not! You know that I'm a huge fan of Sugar Chic Couture and when I have my puppy, I love the idea of providing a super cute collar with a little bling, having a cookie that is made just for him and of course having a little nightly isn't such a bad idea either! Sugar Chic Couture is your daily lifestyle boutique that ensures that your little baby has everything that he needs! Take some time to check it out and think of all the gifting that you'll be able to do!

One of the things that I love within the top 5 of Food Editor and boyfriend, Paul Belobritsky, is the fact that he enjoys cooking! Since I can't cook it was nice to have amazing meals made for me. Then one day, he said that I should help him and I have been a sous chef for the past two years. Having someone cook for you is definitely romantic and I love that it turns into a team work situation that allows you to talk and just get into a whole other kind of groove.

I think author Eric S Lee, knows exactly what I mean with his amazing book, Sweeping Her Off Her Feet With Food. Let's face it, we all love having the amazing dinners and dates but when you have hit the level that he cooks for you and you get to see his space, the intimacy level just kicked up a notch. The idea of a dinner being made for you makes you think of your sweetie in a whole new way! Eric shows guys (and girls can do this too as the way to a man is through his stomach) how to cook regardless of your level. In fact, he even tells you helpful tidbits like how to fold a napkin in various ways, what type of barware should be used for beverages, cooking utensils and so much more. This is such an essential and the pictures are amazing! Eric has an easy style and being a chef that owns his own restaurant, you feel that he definitely knows what he's talking about. This book is about getting romantic and keeping it alive as it's more than a homage to Valentine's Day! Take some time to check it out and get your own copy!
