I fell in love with Hayden-Harnett via their Tweets! You know that I love accessories and thus my obsession with them. In the past few months that I have known them, they have a fab store in Soho, a line for Target and they continue to increase their apparel line (hello swimwear)! From now through next Fri, you will receive 30% off of anything that is not on sale and that isn't discounted! What a great way to get some of their great pieces. In addition to the bag that I continue to salivate over, I also love this dress shown here (it would have been perfect in the Dominican for my vacation! Take some time to check out the pieces and use the code: SPRINGSAV430.
So tomorrow is the first day of the PGA Golf Show in Orlando so my posts will be more golf oriented. One of the things that I fell in love with in terms of Ame & Lulu was that they understood the need for women to accessorize. I think that having fun pops of color and also something that makes lugging items around easier, adds to the fun of the game. The golf course is truly an accessible field to everyone! Ame & Lulu has created amazing lines that not only give you a lot of variety but allows you to show your personality! With items designated for golf, tennis, yoga and the everyday - you have no excuses to look cute! This Kimono collection mixes brown, cream and hot pink together. Take a minute to check out what could make your game look a lot better!
One of my fave sites is from the Accessory Bug. I love that they bring the look of the stars to their site so that we can have fun wearing different bags and not breaking the bank! Although the bags are always affordable, just in time for the holidays you can enjoy an additional 20% off the priice of your order with the code HOLIDAY20 from now through Jan 31st. This Green Hysteria Faux Leather Hobo is super cute and will allow you to look just as fab as Lindsay Lohan looks wearing his drool worthy bag!
For many of you, you took off work today or have a half day so if you're able, head down to Soho to see the Grand Opening of the Le Sport Sac store! This is a great way to have a fun addition within your bag or to find the perfect travel companion. Known for its various collections and how it has so many pieces in various colors within many styles, this is a nice way to change it up! In addition, you can check out the Platinum Collection which includes a Touch Up and Cocktail Cube Cosmetic, Deluxe Every Night Bag, Party Hopper Clutch, Multi Tasker Tote and All Nighter Swing! These are items that you can use and they come in Chocolate and Gold Colorblock as well as the Pearl and Black Colorblock! Head out to Le Sport Sac's new flagship with 2 floors of shopping and being hailed as the largest within the city for this brand, on 118 Greene St (and find a nice place to have a tasty lunch afterwards).

Oh boy today is a big day! By 10am I will be on the road heading to Skytop Lodge Resort for the Sweets Weekend in the Poconos! I think I need to get Twit Pic on my Blackberry so that I can keep you guys updated but I am unsure about the whole availability to blog from there. Anyway, I will be covering the Poconos as Paul and I have been invited to come up! But today is a great day for many reasons and one of them is the amazing sale that will take place today on Ideeli.
Ideeli is all about hooking you up with deals and sending its members emails so that it can get first dibs! Of course if you're a first row member, you get to shop sooner as opposed to later. On today's menu, Gustto! I have always known about Gustto for sometime but it was this summer in a super cute store in Hoboken called Home Slice, that I fell in love with Gustto and the love affair began. I love their rich leather bags and their bag styles which are always eye catching. Now at Ideeli, you will be able to get your own at up to 64% off! In addition, you can check out other retailers such as Saks and Nordstroms who also sell this from the comfort of the page. Finally, find out about who is wearing it and visit Gustto's site. If you have never signed up, when you sign in for this site, you can use the code "bff" to not only get your invitation but to initiate your $35 credit which is a great use towards your lovely new bag!
When it comes to my handbags, I never skimp on the whole style and function factor. The way I think about it, my bag is worn throughout an entire season with barely any change ups. This bag needs to become my staple and go with a number of things that I happen to wear. There are so many factors that dictate whether a bag will be appropriate or not. I want the color to pop but not to the point where it seems like I am lost in color. I need a sizeable bag with many compartments and I need to feel that my personality is definitely reflected as well. In addition, I always love when I can find a great boot that makes me love the bag that much more.
Earlier this week, I was introduced to Hayden Harnett and I fell in love. Not only do I love their accessories but I love the boots and they have a clothing line too. They know how much pop they need to infuse in their pieces while allowing your personality to come out too. Essentially, you're wearing the pieces and not the other way around - which is a good thing. So without a doubt, to close the week I present my favorite pieces from this line which is getting a lot of visibility!
I have to say that I am in love with B Makowsky! They have super cute bags that we should all tote around as the fall is without a doubt upon us. I love these bags as they are perfect for the season, who wouldn't love the caramels and the yellows which are perfect hues to have year around. I love the leathers and the hardware that make these pieces conversation worthy as they see you coming and going. We all need stylish pieces while also making sure that it's affordable. In that case, make sure that you take a peek at Zappos which has various bags in styles and colors that are perfect to fill out your wardrobe! Take some time to also check out other pieces and of course a few pair of shoes that will be perfect for fall, the holidays and any other occassion that seems appropriate!
I am a huge fan of the purses that are available at Ports 1961! I love their clutches and how they merge leathers and wooden materials together! There is something very natural about their pieces, In today's gallery, I have combined a few pieces from their Spring 08 line and with their Fall/Winter line. You'll always look put together with their pieces and no one will be able to stop chatting about how amazing you look with their clutches!
I think it says super cute and sleek! What can you say about these great looks - first off, a great tunic top. This is a great way to highlight your shoulders and I love that there is extra length which looks so cozy.
Next I love the belt, it's simple and black and yet there is a pop of color, this is definitely something that you want to incorporate into a few looks. Not only is this belt cute, but I love the boots which will pair nicely with these liquefied leggings! They look great with booties and also with something much longer.
Top everything off with this poor boy knit cap in grey which is perfect on a not so great hair day or just to look super cute and then there is the bag. I love bags with fun shapes which are perfect to lug what you need while making sure you look super cute! What a great look to wear together and with other pieces as well!
People ask me what do you like to wear? What's your bag like? Well as I walk around with my transitional bag which I can't wait to sport my new bag which is one of the ones featured in today's gallery, I have to say that it takes so many components to make something perfect for me. It has to have a look where you definitely keep looking at it but at the same time, I don't like having super flashy hardware. Some of the bags featured here, would not be everyday bags but are definitely perfect for effect. I always like to carry large bags. Deciding what will stay home or come with me during the day is just too much stress. I love carrying my notepads, technology and sometimes I run around picking up a few things so I need room for whatever I will find along the way.
I was all about black bags and with the past few seasons I have gone to burgundy, various shades of cognac and caramel. I like to keep it fun. In addition, when it comes to pockets, they are a must. I need compartments for my compartments. Being a girl that's all about silver, I tend to sway towards brass embellishment and I am a HUGE fan of wider straps. The downfall of a big bag, skinny straps dig into your shoulder and it's uncomfortable and not very attractive.
With that being said, enjoy Kimmie's guide to that which is fall (DKNY, DVF, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Banana Republic and Cole Haan) and what you can expect to see me carrying or since my bday is around the corner, gifts of these types would definitely be accepted!
I may have said it here or I may have said it on See Pretty Things; however, I am from Indiana and grew up seeing quilted bags and covers and I was never a fan. I was so shocked to come to the East Coast and to find people carrying the bags that I had seen growing up. I scoffed, raised my brow and would internally giggle. It all stops today with this bag that is so cute and has an amazing collection of items that you will want to travel with. Cinda B Bags knows that you go out but not all travel is the same so they have Overnighters, Weekenders, Check Book Covers and so much more. They also have the ability to outfit everything in your favorite colors! Here I have included the Racing Red Weekender! I love that yes it is quilted but it has these cute sides which make it pop and I love the print that gives you something to look at! This fall, your travel to the vineyards, ski lodge and more will be completely different! Take some time to visit Cinda B Bags to see what you need to include in your closet as you begin to make a few overhauls in your travel gear. I will be on the site figuring out my favorite pieces - I think red is my color (ooo the conservative girl goes snazzy)!
I love that you can travel anytime but there is something about the summer that makes it a lot more fun and feels like so much more of a necessity! When it comes to toting your items on the beach, putting your cosmetics together - there is only one designer that I can think of that I enjoy taking with me - Stephanie Johnson! I love that she knows how to take functional pieces, make them a collection and then create a lot of fun patterns and prints. The Seychelles Collection is a light and blue pattern with seahorses. If you love this collection! You'll be glad to know that you can get it at 20% off from now until July 6th! In addition to this collection, you can enjoy the Harbour Island and Waikiki Collections as well at this discount. Nothing is better than getting an increased closet and a lot of love when you head out for the various travels that are ahead!
Whether you're heading to your lake house or simply running around town in your shorts and tank top, you're going to love Sea Bags! Sea Bags is definitely all about being nautical and reusing sails for another purpose. I absolutely love this Small Anchor Rasberry tote that would be perfect to wear for a number of occasions. I love that you can choose your size and design! These bags are super durable, water resistant and you have a unique element as they vary slightly. I think that this is so cute and who wouldn't be a fan of toting this around - I love the rope which is cut in their shops in Maine. Take some time to see which bags you would like to have and what size will work best for you! In addition, check out some of the bags that are sold out to see how amazing and fun the designs are!

But sometimes in an effort to think too far ahead, I forget about enjoy where I am right now. So today, as I looked through Coutorture which is definitely a first stop on what's going on in fashion, I saw the epitome of what is citrus and amazing! Antoinette Lee Spring has a photoshoot that is currently showing on Coutorture and she has a lot of cute bags but this yellow Dolcita clutch is so cute - dare I say that it is all about the luxe lemon? As many of you may know, I spent my Saturday morning at the Lacoste Fashion Week Show. I have to say that I LOVED the show for many reasons. I loved the end of the show which was like a breathing ad with everyone doing their best ski bunny pose. It was definitely a dramatic way to close the show! In addition to the end of the show was the Jamaican inspired portion of the show with amazing music to match. As a whole the show was a lot of fun and since I watched the show with various members of Lacoste/Samsonite, I enjoyed tuning into the fun bags that this runway. Courtesy of Coutorture, I have the runway show for your review. For those of you that may not have been at the show, I loved the collegiate style wool bags that were given out - yes there will be a pic of this soon!
