Snazzy Sundays: The Holiday Gift Guide Has Launched

The Holiday Gift Guide sponsored by Dashing Diva is up! We still have many goodies to add so if you have been contacted and you don't see your items up there, don't freak out it will be up in the next few days! In addition, although the deadline was this past Fri to submit items, we have the feeling that people will want to get in on the guide so just contact us and we'll see what we can do! The guide will be up through Jan 15th so check back every now and then and we will start having some posts about the guide as well. Kitten Lounge Roundup: Week of 10.13.08

I love the roundups! Sometimes, I need to be reminded of all the goodies that have been going on, will take place here and maybe just something that needs to be mentioned because you guys will love it! So what happened over the past week that is of note: Well, I am rapidly moving in with Food Editor and boyfriend, Paul so I am all about decor at the moment! Expect that Sundays are going to be packed with items that we actually will choose. Last week, I highlighted great pieces that are from West Elm! Expect to see interesting pieces of items that we have actually purchased over the next few weeks - starting with this Fri and learn about our color schemes. It may be a little TMI but I could use some design direction as I am in the middle of quite a few things at the moment!

We began an amazing and fun partnership with Lucky Magazine which makes me so pleased. If you want to be apart of the giveaway of one of the goodie bags that will be given away at Lucky Shops, make sure that you leave a comment here as this drawing takes place on Oct 24th and you don't want to miss out. At the same time, we also have another great Lucky item which allows you to play a Denim Stylist and you can enter through our site! We have a few shows in addition to magazines that we have partnered up with! In addition to Lipstick Jungle, you can also check up Starter Wife with an amazing interview from one of the key members of the cast!

In the realms of fashion, we loved covering Hayden Harnett which has amazing bags that have been on Gossip Girl and have been covered everywhere! We can't help wishing that the Hayden Harnett fairy would bless us with this season's bags. Fortunately, they have a site so enjoy some goodies. I love reading and you got your first introduction of A.W. Gryphon who will be featured throughout the month as she is the author of 'Blood Moon' which is perfect as we get closer to Halloween. This is the first book in the 3 book series letting us know about the path of Amelia and how she not only finds herself but her own truths as Wiccan. Along the way she has some amazing Chanel pieces and this past Thurs, we received some great beauty tips!If you missed it, you know that I am all about Dashing Diva and they had Jennifer Hudson stop by and they are doing an amazing contest with ABC Daytime Soaps and SOAPnet! This past Thursday, you were hit with 3 beauty items and one of my favorites was the lovely Brazilian sisters of Beam Laser Spa - the idea of never having to shave again makes me gidddy and after 6 - 8 treatments it will be a complete transition! I can't wait and know that once I get this done (armpits) who knows where I will go next! Learn more about the process and that this is truly attainable beauty for everyone!

Looking forward, there is an unofficial meet up of sorts in the shape of my sister's party and I will be there! If you're in NYC, stop by, it's on the 25th and will be a lot of fun. Going forward we have amazing partnerships with WE TV which will start soon and Express as well! I am so excited about this and can't wait to share this with you. Be Apart of the Holidays on the Kitten Lounge

I can't believe that we are so close to the holidays so here at Kitten Lounge, we're working double time on getting everything ready for our 3rd annual Holiday Gift Guide and 25 Days of Holiday Glam. You have the opportunity to get your goodies on the site so that others can learn more about it! With the holidays being around the corner, Kitten Lounge wants to make sure that the readers know about your boutique, products and more. We have two items of interest!

The 25 Days of Holiday Glam is a great way to have your designs/boutiques included within posts from Dec 1st - Dec 25th. This is a no cost form of advertising that allows you to choose the day that you would like to be included (one day per designer/boutique) and allows you to include multiple images and of those, one you will give away on that day to readers that participate in comments. These days are filling up, so please make sure you contact Kitten Lounge if you would like to participate.

In addition to 25 Days of Holiday Glam, Kitten Lounge also offers the Holiday Gift Guide. This guide begins Nov 15th and goes through Jan 15th. Option 1 allows interested advertisers to have one image listed within the guide for $50 for a 2 month period. This will include links to your site, information about your product and you will be included within the email sent out about the Holiday Gift Guide. Option 2 allows advertisers to have one image included within the guide for $100 for a 2 month period. This includes everything that Option 1 provides while also including a post where you can include multiple images for readers to learn more about your item. Kitten Lounge Loves Lucky Shops

There are certain times during the year that I absolutely love to be in the midst of shopping mania! One of them is when Lucky Magazine holds its Lucky Shops event! I love going and checking out a variety of items that are greatly reduced while enjoying some cocktails. Each fall that I have attended, the deals have been better and I have walked away with some great finds and awesome goodies to go with it (I am still giddy about my Tory Burch bag and the most amazing CK seamless panties - TMI I know but I love them so it's ok). This year, Lucky Shops will be at the Metropolitan Pavilion on November 7th and 8th. This year the denim bar is back thanks to Lycra and of course Singer will be there for complimentary hemming. Lucky's "The Lucky Guide to Mastering Any Look" will be available for purchase and I love that Benefit will have a Brow Bar. With so many giveaways available and more, you'll want to get your tickets to be apart of this. In addition, the lovelies at Lucky Shops want to give you a little love so we have a giveaway for the coveted goodie bag!
