There's something in the air! I love the fact that I have been able to try a number of items that are good for your body and overall health! As always, the links within the spread can be clicked on. In the spring, I introduced you to Functionalab which allows you to take various supplements that are targeted to your general health and of course specific areas that are of interest to you. I love that they have a concierge service that allows you to always have a beauty consultant that you can talk to! Right after I came off of my month long Functionalab #02, I went on to Glowelle which is a beauty supplement that allows you to have your beauty powder put right into your drink. I love that I can drink this and run around town! Votre Vu is a beauty brand that has created Snapdragon which has various healthy vitamins included within a beauty mix; however, you have to drink this within 7 days or so and it definitely has to be refrigerated as well! Fresh Diet is an amazing food delivery service where you can plan out your meals iunin advance to come to your home or wherever you are! The meals include a breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and dessert. Not only is this a perfect way to maintain or lose weight but it's nice to have fresh ingredients and meals that have your friends asking you how did you come up with such an assortment of foods! Finally, one of my favorite items has been Matcha Source! I love that this green tea can be a latte, used within a sauce or even used as a frosting as well. With so many nutrients that are found within matcha, you'll want to incorporate this within your daily routine. Take some time to check out many of these great supplement alternatives!

A few weeks ago after a triumphant visit to Jimmy Choo on Madison Ave and Paul's visit to Oliver People's, we decided to head over to the Nespresso store. I don't drink a lot of coffee regardless of how it is served. It was one of those days where an iced latte seemed appropriate. As we walked in, I knew I loved the minimalist style. I enjoyed seeing the coffee bar, seating and the machines. As we headed to the back of the store, we admired the machines and couldn't decide which was the best one - so we sat down for coffee. Paul went for a double espresso and I had the best Vanilla Latte that had icecream in it. It was the perfect treat on a warm day and I love the dark chocolate that they give you. Although they had a menu of great items to nibble on, it was enjoyable to have coffee and just enjoy the day. The Nespresso machines vary in price range and it seems that many are able to make your favorite varieties. I loved sampling the pods (the coffee is packed in little pods to use in the machines) which have various tastes but couldn't decide on a machine. I think the Cube is the perfect choice and I like that it comes in various colors! Mingling Mondays: Illy

Coffeecans I am familiar with Illy in that I have seen their products and that they have retail locations in the city but I had never thought about trying out the coffee. In fact I have become a tea enthusiast within the last year. Prior to this change, I was all about Starbucks when it came to their Vanilla Soy Latte, Green Tea Soy Latte and any Green Tea beverage that I could get my hands on. This all changed when I was introduced to the most amazing Vanilla Honey Latte on vacation - I realized that coffee does have a distinct taste and clearly, I have been missing out. Thankfully my friend who is a fan of Illy not only agreed that this coffee was good but encouraged me to try out Illy. I have yet to try it but they have one at the Sony building - so this week I will have to give it a try - I completely see coffee in a new way. I also love that this location has a lot of seating and is perfect to meet with people prior to, during or after work!

Sippin' Saturdays: Honey Vanilla Latte

I stayed at the Venetian while I was at Vegas and they had a Grand Luxe Cafe (if you love Cheesecake Factory, they own or affiliated with this as well) in our hotel. I was pleased once I knew of the connection and knew that I would find amazing things here. Being someone who doesn't eat breakfast, I found myself here on Tuesday morning since I had been out the night before and Patron and I had rekindled our relationship with one another (in addition to other drinks as well). I saw this Honey Latte Drink which looked yummie but nothing could describe how good this was! Simply put, I fell in love with a Latte and I don't think that Starbucks is going to cut it any more. I know what's in it but don't know how to make it. If there are any Baristas out there or those who know where I can get this (in NY), let me know and I will let you know how close it comes to the one I enjoyed.
