Today, for those that are in NYC, I hope you join Cosmopolitan Magazine, Maybelline and the USO (United Services Organizations) with Cosmo's Kisses for the Troops! Today, Cosmo's Kisses for the Troops Van will be at various spots in NYC collecting kisses Uniformed officers will be on hand where you can kiss a postcard that will be delivered to serviceman overseas. For every postcard kisses, Cosmo and Maybelline will donate a $1! For those that give their kisses between 7am - 7pm, you can assist towards the Guiness World Records for the most lip prints collected in 12 hours!
