So I have a Flip and have had it since the holidays and have never really used it. Now I am all about using it and decided I would wake up and take this amazing view of the city from the Jersey City side in Newport Pavonia. What a great way to start the day! With the amazing weather, we spent it visiting condos (yeah) and then getting acquainted with the neighborhood and finding tasty places to eat!
