Yesterday my boyfriend and I spent some time in Hoboken. If we are going to live there we had to get acquainted with some of the amenities which would be bars, restaurants and boutiques. We spent brunch at Mikie Squared and thankfully, due to the good weather, we were able to sit outside and do a lot of people and puppy watching! I loved the vibe and the $10 Sangria Pitchers were a great way to start the morning as well. I can only imagine being here on football weekends! If you're looking for a place with various screens, a great outdoor area and a fun vibe on the inside, this is definitely where you need to go!

I have to say that I have really become a huge fan of Facebook and although I am definitely all about meeting people in real time - nothing can ever replace this, I also love the idea of being able to connect with people that you know through others who can help you in your personal and business life. I love the network and the way that people go back and forth!I challenged myself to really get into the community and spend some time there and found that there were people who have definitely assisted me in my jewelry, been a listening ear and interestingly enough - there are people who are on there that I literally work around the way from and I speak to them more on there! It's funny how this portion of life is just as important as making sure that after emailing people all day that you make an effort to pick up the phone and say hi (if you're really daring you will actually go up to them and say "hey").
