There's nothing like kicking off a week with a fab sampling of foods from around the world, wines and also getting a private screening of a new show that pairs all of this together each show! Paul and I found ourselves at Tribeca Grill's Loft (yes the restaurant co-owned by Robert DeNiro) for the screening of U Cook! With Chef Bob a new cooking show. This event was hosted by W. J. Deutsch & Sons who not only has been around for 30 years but also had 7 of their most prestigious brands included within this event for the tasting after the screening. Although there were various wines that were included such as The Crossings, Volteo, Ramon Bilbao, Andre Lutron, Barbone Fini and Georges Duboeuf - I have to say that Yellow Tail was my favorite! I truly enjoyed the bubbly wines that came in white and in rose. In addition, I can't wait to share more information about these wines as well. The evening was full of sampling wines and foods that came from Spain, Italy, France and more. In addition, Chef Bob brought his show to life by having various people cook with him as well as sampling the wine that paired perfectly with the dish they created together!
