Food Editor here on Kitten Lounge and boyfriend, Paul Belobritsky is in love with tiny toys! I bought "his and hers" Tofu Robot in pink (for me) and blue (for him). Since then, he has been on a quest to get more tiny robots and toys and I have come across some that I love as well. Recently I purchased one of the Cactus Friends from Tokidoki. I love the little spikes and they also did a collaboration with Hello Kitty as well. If you're in NYC, you can check out their Soho store and Melrose will be opening soon. After checking out there sight, I'd love to find a tee with the character that is on the upper left hand corner of this post! I think this is such a cute option for gifting!
I fell in love with Hayden-Harnett via their Tweets! You know that I love accessories and thus my obsession with them. In the past few months that I have known them, they have a fab store in Soho, a line for Target and they continue to increase their apparel line (hello swimwear)! For many of you, you took off work today or have a half day so if you're able, head down to Soho to see the Grand Opening of the Le Sport Sac store! This is a great way to have a fun addition within your bag or to find the perfect travel companion. Known for its various collections and how it has so many pieces in various colors within many styles, this is a nice way to change it up! In addition, you can check out the Platinum Collection which includes a Touch Up and Cocktail Cube Cosmetic, Deluxe Every Night Bag, Party Hopper Clutch, Multi Tasker Tote and All Nighter Swing! I love this time of year when we get teased with a few warm days and then we are reminded that we're not completely there yet. When it is this time of year, I like to think about where I will hang out after work, with friends, etc. The Empire Hotel has an amazing roofdeck that may in fact be one of the best places to hang out this season. Opening today, the Pooldeck is the place to be. Of course you will need to be a guest to enjoy the pool, cabanas and the cocktails (not to mention the restaurant and the spa) but it is well worth it once you do get in. At least you have the option to come in as opposed to the lovely ladies of Sex and the City who were eventually turned away after but mere moments hanging out at the famous Soho area pool. I love Dos Caminos - I had to say that the first thing that blew me away was their amazing guacomole which is so fresh! Not only did I enjoy that but I also like the Pomagranite and Blueberry Margarita on the Rocks! Dos Caminos has restaurants in various locations. My favorite is definitely the one in Soho; however, you can check out other locations as well. This is perfect to go out with your friends or even a romantic occassion. With so many things on the menu to choose from (I have to say that I LOVE the black and blue tuna and the coconut rice is absolutely amazing).
