Over the past month, Kitten Lounge has been reviewing Lucille Roberts and our biggest take away is that in addition to the wide selection of classes and a number of locations throughout NYC (check your area to see where one is in your city) - I love the fact that they have trainers and it has definitely helped me even when I am not working out at this gym! It's great to build a relationship with the person who works with you as well as to let you think about what you want to target everytime you meet with one another. Later this week, I also had the opportunity to do Fuse Pilates (more on this later in the week). When I'm working out, I always think about what outfits and events will I be going to and what do I need to work out. When it comes to summer, I'm all about my arms, fab legs and of course great upper and lower abs!

With that in mind, I present a fun look that I'll be rocking in a few weeks for an event that I am hosting! I am obsessed with Halston Heritage as they always get it right. I love the chic, flirty and girly look of this dress. But, I love dressing things up and putting a little edge on it for sure. This dress seriously focuses on your arms and begs for a fab pair of legs. Pair this with fab heel-less shoes from Giuseppe Zanotti which of course means that you need rocking leggings. When it comes to the arms, adorn them - these cuffs by Maison Martin Margiela which brings out your inner Wonder Woman! One of my fave labels is Young, Fabulous and Broke. I love that they have simple pieces that can be dressed up or down. Sometimes I love mixing my metals and when I'm at Fashion Week, it's all about having fun and easy pieces that take me from runway shows in the tents, media lounges all over the city and events in the evening. I'm loving Kenneth Jay Lane's braided bib necklace that's so fun of color, texture and detail. Pop on Deanna Hamro Atelier's statement ring to complete the look which has a number of hues and of course finish it off with something fun. I love this DC Comics Wonder Woman bracelet which is definitely a conversation piece but also incorporates my favorite comic book heroine! There's nothing like stylish, classy fun to make the look complete.

We all have those moments when we wake up on Mon knowing that this day is a day that will kick off a week of kicking butt. You have a million things to do and somehow, as opposed to feeling overwhelmed, you're confident that it will all be taken care of and you're ready for anything! With that said, you have to be prepared for something like this so we have a fab outfit that will get you in the mood. Sure, it's super femme but don't be fooled! This outfit is all about giving you room to move and will work whether you're in the elevator, having a lunch meeting, meeting with clients late or whatever is on the agenda. We kick it off with this vibrantly orange dress from Anthropologie that has fab gold adornment on its edges! Of course if you're taking on the world, you should do it in House of Harlow's necklace which has just the perfect amount of Grecian inspired meets Wonder Woman "getting it done" motif! Cap it off with two phenomenal accessories a Cosmic snake embossed Jimmy Choo platform heel and Serpui Marie's Clutch!

I speak about two exceptional formulas, one, from Avène, full of fresh thermal water, is formulated for sensitive skin. It manually exfoliates dead cells without assaulting the skin. A bit of product, drop of water, a mini hand massage and it is done, the skin is purified! The next product, Carrefour, is the Beauty Kid favorite within skin care! A very interresting innovative concept. What about the lip colored Balm form MAC Cosmetics? This is the ally of mat complexions! I also apply it to the top of my cheekbones, at the level of the bone, by tapping the skin with the fingertip. Contrary to what you may think, its texture is more glowy than glossy. Although it may seem thick, it illuminates the skin like a baby's face.

My final word - forget about mascara! Let's take control over our beauty and be real, simple or nothing at all!
